Red Salt Room mixes signatures of renowned chef David Burke like the clothesline bacon and his patented use of Himalayan salt to dry age steaks, with Executive Chef Anup Patwal's intricate seasonal New American menu. Awarded the American Academy of Hospitality Science's "Five Star" Diamond award, Red Salt Room will transport guests to the kind of luxury and elegance they have come to expect from The Garden City Hotel.

Dinner:
- Wednesday & Thursday 5pm to 9pm
- Friday & Saturday 5pm to 9:30pm
Brunch:
- Sunday: Seatings 11am and 1:30pm

Dress Code: tastefully casual. No hats, sweatpants, tank tops, crop tops, flip-flips, open toe shoes on gentlemen, or pool/gym attire. Hoodies are allowed, but hoods must be worn down.

For parties of 8 or more, a $50 deposit per guest is required, and will be redeemed on the date of the reservation.

Join us for Spooky Tea on October 19, 2024 at 12pm, with children encouraged to wear their costumes, crafts, and a spooky themed menu! Menu is available on the hotel's website. $50.00 advance deposit per guest, payable upon reserving, will be redeemed towards final payment the day of your reservation. We strongly encourage younger guests to wear their Halloween costumes, enjoy "spooky" selections from our pastry team, and go wild at a craft table that will feature cupcake & doughnut decorating stations. We haven’t been to RSR in quite some time. We were pleased to see some decor updates as well as changes to the menu. Everything was delicious and the service was phenomenal. Just before dessert my husband shifted in his seat which moved our table in a way that caused a full glass of red wine to spill all over me and the floor. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful - cleaning up the mess around us quickly and packing our dessert to go. We look forward to coming back.

Another five star experience at the Red Salt Room. There are several new items on the menu. For our entrees we each had the Dry Aged Beef Cheek Pappardelle. Excellent entree. We started with Crab Cakes and Caesar Salad. For our side dish we chose the Asparagus. The wine our server Mary brought us was a Col d'Orcia Brunello di Montalcino. It complemented our dinner perfectly. Thank you Mary. We must also thank Jose Luis for tending to all the details that help make a dining experience truly five star. Until next visit, Thank You RSR.

if i could give 10 stars in service i would. i took my mom here for brunch last sunday and our family absolutely LOVED it. everyone was so so so lovely. shoutout to the young omelette chef, the front desk person, and the manager who all were especially very lovely.

My waiter was excellent table was well cleaned everything was on point Food serve at the right time. Drinks were great .I just have an awesome experience. I will definitely go back there. Maybe next couple days just for the ambience ,aesthetics of the place. I couldn’t ask for a better anniversary.

My girlfriend and I celebrated our anniversary at the Red Salt Room. It was a memorable experience. They brought an envelope with a Happy Anniversary Card to our table and made us feel special the whole night. The food was excellent, the decor beautiful and the service efficient. Expensive, but worth it for the special occasion.

We had another very nice evening at the Red Salt Room. It was good to see JC again. We've missed seeing him the last few visits. Our server for the evening was Mary. As always, Mary was on point. Attentive but never intrusive. Always available when needed. She was assisted by Jose Luis. A perfect team. For our dinners, we each started with the Caesar Salad. For her entree my wife chose the Wagyu Short Ribs. I chose the same entree and was glad I did. I'm already looking forward to having the ribs again next visit. The wine we chose was a Renato Ratti Barolo. Delicious pairing. Two freshly brewed coffees put just the right finishing touch on a another excellent dining experience. Thank you RSR.

Dining at the Red Salt Room is a must for diners who enjoy an evening of excellent service, delicious food and the ambience that is expected at a five star restaurant. Our server for the evening was Mary. A consummate professional, Mary instinctively knows when her assistance is needed. Never intrusive but always attentive. Thank you Mary. Thank you also to Jose Luis for making sure our courses were cleared and new settings placed exactly at the right times. Very important. For our dinners, we both started with the Caesar Salad. My wife chose the Wagyu Short Ribs entree while I had the Filet Mignon. Both were prepared to perfection. The wine Mary served us was a Renato Ratti Barolo. Perfect pairing. Finally, we would like to thank the entire staff of the Red Salt Room for always making us feel welcome. Thank you.
