Service was lacking and a 20% gratuity is automatically charged on all checks- not sure of the correlation here??? Our server was very polite but clearly had not been properly trained. We dined at 7pm in an empty restaurant so not really any excuse for it.

This was our first time at the Red Rooster Miami and the experience was everything the reviews we had read. Our waitress Reese was very attentive and professional. The food was delicious
