Red Rocks Café est un restaurant américain unique de propriété et de gestion locale. Le restaurant est en opération dans la région de Charlotte, Caroline du Nord depuis 1992. Deux entités sont en opération. Le Red Rocks original est dans la région de Charlotte Foxcroft au centre commercial Strawberry Hill, et la nouvelle entité ouverte en 2003 est au Birkdale Village à Huntersville, Caroline du Nord. Un menu très varié d'entrées, salades, pâtes, steaks, fruits de mer, du poulet et des sandwiches est proposé. Les propositions de vins et desserts sont de classe mondiale. Overall it was a good restaurant not great but good. Elizabeth our server was nice appreciated the fan to keep away the bugs. Food was ok.

Nice location, service was good but the food was just average nothing to brag about. Would I go back? If you want a small affordable steak sure.

A Divine Surf and Turf Experience at Red Rocks! Dining at Red Rocks was an absolute treat, but the real star of the evening was the Filet and Coconut Shrimp. From the moment it arrived at the table, the presentation was stunning. The filet, cooked to perfection, had a melt-in-your-mouth tenderness and rich, savory flavor that can only come from premium cuts and expert preparation. Each bite was succulent and satisfying, a true testament to the culinary artistry of Red Rocks. As if the filet wasn’t enough, the Coconut Shrimp elevated the meal to new heights. The shrimp were plump, perfectly cooked, and enveloped in a light, crispy coconut crust that added the ideal touch of sweetness. Paired with a sweet sauce, each bite was an irresistible contrast of flavors and textures. It was a perfect balance between the richness of the filet and the tropical flair of the shrimp. The service was impeccable, with a knowledgeable and attentive staff that made sure every aspect of the meal was top-notch.
