Located in the new mixed-use district of Pinecrest, we invite you to experience - first-hand - what makes RED the national award-winning restaurant and “best steakhouse”.

Please call (after 2pm) to make reservations for parties over 5 guests, for parties over 10 please contact Private Dining. For Parties over 5 we require a credit card to hold the reservation. Fee of $25 per person charged in cases of No-Show or cancellation with less than 24hrs notice.

The wife and I been here a couple of times and this may be our most disappointing experience. Honestly I have loved this place in the past but last nights dinner makes me second guess myself going forward. First we arrived to see many open booths but got seated very closely between other couples. I mean very close. Personal private talking would have been out of the question. My wife went to the ladies room and quietly asked for one of the many open booths. We were allowed to move to a booth. Thank goodness. Our dinner were average at best. We both had steaks that were very tender but both were dry. I dipped each piece of my steak into the olive oil bread dipping sauce. We ordered green beans and mashed potatoes for our sides. I bit into the green beans and the beans were hard to a point were i told me wife the green beans weren't cooked enough. They were basically raw. Very disappointing. Our waiter appeared to be new as I asked a question about the topping that was listed on the special menu. Our waiter did not know what the topping was. As I sat at the table and listened to other waiters we definitely got the short end of the straw with out waiter. I paid good money for our dinners. Last night was our 36th wedding anniversary. Dinner was disappointing.

Specifically advised in advance this was a significant birthday celebration. Requested that they help make it special by seating or whatever else little niceties they do. Completely nothing. First, they seat us at the bar area near the kitchen traffic. Horrible start. My request to relocate went unaddressed. Then the server had zero idea we were even celebrating a birthday - period. Got near the very end when I simply asked “did your people tell you this was a birthday celebration.” He was completely unaware and said no one ever mentioned a birthday. He apologized and tried to “make it right” (his words) by bringing a few fairly hard donut holes! Just spent 92 dollars on a steak (of a 495 dollar bill) and the dude gives us dry donut holes. Ridiculous. I’d give 1 star overall, but his actions (which I believe were sincere) to try to salvage things got them 2 stars. Will not go there for anything special again.

1st time being there, it was great! Went in no knowing much about their selections our server, Scott was very knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and genuine. Helped make this a very memorable experience. Food was great, amazing atmosphere, top notch service. Highly recommended!

Outstanding service. Our Server was attentive and did not rush us at all through the experience. We had such a lovely time. The food was exquisite as always, and the extra kind and friendly service really made it a very memorable night for us.

We go to Red for a Boxing Day feast each year with friends. We have never switched up the location for this celebration because RED never disappoints! We had a delicious leisurely dinner. Our waiter Joseph was terrific. A few of us skipped steak and got the tuna… so good. Cooked perfect on a crispy rice cake. Going to look forward to next year’s celebration.

The food was OK but overpriced. The steak was salty and the appetizer was in poor display considering this is a fine dining restaurant. We had a really disappointing service, it took us 90 minutes to finally get our entree and the server did not even paid attention to our allergy or check on the food. We did not even had the bread. Overall we would not recommend this place especially if you are celebrating something.

We were warmly welcomed by a delightful hostess. I believe her name was Michelle. Mark was our server who was superb! Mark was polite, professional, knowledgeable, patient with good sense of humor. We will definitely request Mark as our server for our next visit! Our food was delicious. We had a delightful evening!
