   Had a reservation for 7. Birthday Party. The young lady at the check in desk refused to honor reservation saying there were two large parties in front of us. She said they had just seated two large parties. Said we would have a 1 hour wait. With a reservation????? She was snippy and arrogant. I asked to speak with the manager. The Manager did honor the reservation and we were seated within 10 minutes. Kudos to the Manager. Food was good. Service was good.

   Our waiter was outstanding. He was very attentive and our order was perfect! Our food was all hot and fresh as well.

   My husband and I had a reservation as we approached the hostess. We waited about 10 minutes before being seated. The restaurant had a 2 hour wait for non reservations. We waited about 15 minutes on our order to be served. The food was hot and delicious.

   The experience was good. The food was not as good as Muskogee. Just not as fresh.

   We had a wonderful experience. Our server was busy but tried his hardest to be attentive. Biscuits were always warm and fresh! The ONLY issue we had was lipstick on the wine glass. While we didn’t make a fuss about it, this is truly a pet peeve of mine. There’s absolutely no reason for this. It passes through no less than 3 hands from the last person to us. The dishwasher or busser should be wiping off lipstick/chapstick on the glasses before they get washed as they rarely if ever come out in the wash. Then the bartender touches it to pour the wine, it’s not hard for them to take a look before giving it to the server. At that point the server can take a quick look. This is one of those it takes a moment of mindfulness, and it’s easy to do. Everything else was great!

   Food was overpriced and not great. No good beers in stock. Didn’t have silverware until we asked. Took a long time to check on us. Biscuits are the only good thing about this place

   My daughter and I shared an ultimate feast with brussel sprouts and Mac and cheese. Everything tasted wonderful. The serves made it even better. Not usually a Red Lobster fan, but we had a gift card and gave it another try. Pleasantly please! Again service was wonderful. It can make or break the experience.

    Terrible service. Had empty drinks when she brought our food and didn’t see her again until she checked to see if we were done.
