   The server needs improvement on how to deal with the customers! Need to be attentive and not rushing to leave when the guests are still talking, do not interrupt and do not be so rude to answer! You should have a customized tip percentages options . Do not force the guests to give you 18% when they’re not happy about the service! There’s no manager around to do a quality check at all. This place is worst than before! I came here to celebrate my birthday but didn’t meet my expectation!

   It was Valentine’s Day and the reservations were 45 minutes behind but for some reason they were still taking walk-ins: Aside from the long wait the food came out and it was excellent - our server was fast and attentive and you can’t go wrong with the price.

   Came maybe 20 minutes earlier to reservation time. Was told about 15 min, but waited more than an hour to be seated. Food was good though.

   Excellent food as well as excellent service. Busy being Valentine’s Day but all the staff were friendly, helpful and all were working hard to make it enjoyable for everyone.

   Food was good, exactly what you'd expect from a red lobster however our server Bill really stole the show. He was attentive charismatic and helpful. I would come back here just because of the amazing service.

   Our server Chelsea was personable, efficient, and accommodating. The food was, as always, excellent and served piping hot despite the restaurant being extremely busy on New Year's Eve.
