    We wanted fish. We weren't sure what was on their menu. We were pleasantly surprised to find Cajun salmon with shrimp and mahi mahi in lemon basil sauce. Both were delicious. We are not happy with paying for a Caesar salad that used to be included in the price. All the good sides that aren't potatoes are now Premium sides you have to pay extra for. Patrons who are trying to eat healthier don't want to eat bread and potatoes. We need healthier standard sides. I'm allergic to broccoli so that doesn't leave much to choose from that doesn't cost extra. I did try the Brussel Sprouts. They are delicious and I will order them again.

    I made a reservation and was told they needed to clean a table so we waited. The people behind us walked up and demanded to speak to a manager because they weren’t seated immediately. This made it take longer for us to get seated. There was only one waitress in the whole restaurant so it was 20 minutes before she was able to come over. It took about an hour to get our food. It was cold. We sent it back and about 10 minutes later got hot food. I blame the manager for not having enough staff. Also the computer on our table didn’t work so we couldn’t order without the waitress.

    The food was outstanding!!! The service was not outstanding. Communication between the person who sat us and the waitress was poor. She never told the waitress that she was tending to our table therfore a lack of timely service. Waitress forgot to bring us plates for bread, straws delivered after a reminder, she did remember to bring us bread and 1 fill up and did not offer to refill drinks till we were almost done. Waitress was very pleasant and took our order correctly. She seemed a bit overwhelmed helping a lot of tables and just kind of forgot about us. I don't feel it was personal more like she was helping too many tables.

    They brought us our baked potatoes. They were cold when they arrived. Then 14 minutes later they brought us 1 lobster each. We ordered 2 each. The 2 lobsters we received were cold. I watched several waiters trying to give food to the wrong tables. Worst RedLobster I have ever been to!

    Service was slow. They were out of Brussel sprouts and chili verde soup. The endless shrimp turned into an endless wait. They took over half an hour to bring a refill. It was disappointing.

    Excellent service by newcomer Laura. Great personality and overall nice person. Food was excellent but you’ve changed the makeup and size of biscuits in recent years and we miss the originals.

    Jennifer was an absolute professional. Given our reservation coupled by the amount of people waiting, Jennifer quickly utilized leadership traits and her initiative to seat us adjacent to the bar. Immediately she took our order, communicated with us and served us with profound service. This is Superior customer service with extreme public relations at its best. Jennifer took her time to explain menu items and the mixology of drinks available. This enabled us to pair our food with our drinks. Much appreciated and I’m glad The Red Lobster Corporation has an attentive, bright and multitasker associate employed at their establishment. I will definitely recommend this particular site to my associates to dine include that they specifically ask for Jennifer as she is a humble person, yet provides service at its best.     We had to wait 40 minutes for a table even though we had priority seating time through open table. Once seated it took 20 minutes to order drinks and then we waited 25 minutes for our food and when it came it was cold.

    My crab legs were overdone and looked burnt, but the shrimp my husband had was good. Didn't realize that ordering a side salad would result in a $2.99 charge as a "premium" side. The manager just walked around, but never approached anyone to see how things were going. It took forever to get drinks and biscuits and our table wasn't cleared once we were finished. Service for not just us, but everyone was poor.
