    Very understaffed. Wait to get food after order was about 40 minutes. Shrimp was hot and tasty, mashed potatoes were cold. Dirty dishes stacked on trays when we got there were still there when we left. No app plates because there weren’t any clean. Staff was very friendly but had too many tables to give good service.

    I had open table request for 6:45. They told me 25 minutes and told them about open table. It was 6:20 and they said that would move us up. People came after us and got seated before us. About 7 we were seated. How does that happen? I estimated my arrival wrong but they said twice we should be soon. (I checked after 25 minutes.)

    Food is always good. Service was great. We got there early so wasn't too busy yet. Father's Day and all-you-can-eat shrimp it got busy quick, but the servers did a great job.

    I have been coming to Red Lobster for 30 years. This was by far my worst experience I have ever had. Waited 20 minutes before waitress came to ask for drink order. We ordered endless shrimp and waitress brought full size portions of everything we ordered. Asked for manager to adjust our bill but waited 35 minutes for the manager before we could get boxes and head home. Overall I think we were there 2.5 hours, only got one drink offered, and had way too much food/plates on the table. This was very frustrating because I had my toddler with me who was getting very irritable. Entire evening was a cluster and it will take a lot for me to want to come back, which is sad because I loved Red Lobster so much. Just not the same.

    We were seated quickly, our service was wonderful. The food was paced well, it came out hot and plentiful. The only drawback was mom's nightly was a little tough to chew. Not bad enough to be sent back but enough for her to mention it while eating. Overall we will definitely be back!

    Reservation on Open Table does not mean or even closes resemble “Priority Seating.” Set a table for two for 18:00, and we weren’t sat at a table until 19:22. 82 minute wait… ALSO, by using open table, we were placed at the bottom of the list (including walk-ins who had no “reservation.” Adriana the server was the only true selling point/saving grace of this experience, and the food was standard red lobster food. Do NOT use open table for Red Lobster as it will cause massive delays, and I regret wasting the time and energy on this.

    The restaurant is really run down, stinky, and the service was horrible. We will not be back.

    My steak and lobster was twice as small as my wife’s. Not happy waiter never asked how our food was.
