    Valentine’s was and usually always a busy night. Even though we had reservations we were on the wait list for an hour due to the kitchen being super behind. We wait, over 30 minutes for our drink and an additional hour for our food. Of course the sides were cold. & the food was not to normal expectation!

    It was Valentine's Day, so we expected a crowd. We got to our seats quickly, but it took over an hour to receive our food. Our server Tasha was great, and the manager on duty was making sure things ran smoothly. It was busy, but it was a good night out.

    The overall experience was not the best that I have gotten from Red Lobster in the past. It may be that it was Valentines Day. Several parties of 2 or more complained about food not coming to their table. The manager spent most of her time writing down complaints the entire time my husband and I were there. We arrived 10 minutes before our reservation time. Took 20 minutes to get our table. Took another 50 minutes for all of our main food to come out. I was served one of my side items 10 minutes before the rest came out. The server was not the best but did his best to serve our food. We will not go back too soon. It had been over a year since we last attended this restaurant. Maybe with this review management will work to resolve issues at this location.

    Out server, Robert, was outstanding. But the remaining staff were dismissive. Food took forever to arrive and was overcooked.

    They needed to sweep the floor. Paper towels and straws on the floor at front entrance and sporadically throughout. The manager walked around with a tablet the whole time stepping over trash. She didn’t speak or greet customers at their tables. Our waitress was new I think. The service was slow. She tried to bring out 3 tables items at 1 time, I guess for her efficiency. We ended up getting our appetizer 20-25 min after ordering and the entrees came out 2 min after the appetizer. My daughter opened her silverware and an ant crawled out. Next thing you know there were 4 ants crawling on our table. I told the manager and she said the ants must have come from the window outside. There were no apologies. We ended up packing up our food since we were already 1.5 hrs in and I didn’t want to be there a min longer. Needless to say, Red Lobster has gone down tremendously. This was a horrible experience and I don’t plan to visit again. It’s a shame to even have this place listed on Open Table.

    Very poor food quality for price. Cold baked potato, no spoons. Waiter attempted good service but clearly frustrated by restaurant's kitchen and supply issues.

    Great service despite being short handed. The working staff did a great job accommodating customers.. I commend all of them ❤️👏❤️
