    In a word..awful. Though we made a ‘reservation’ there was nobody at the host stand for at least 15 minutes. Finally someone showed up after we asked the bartender whether anyone could help us. We were seated and then waited at least 15 more minutes. Our server seemed to notice us when he was serving the table to next to us but we never saw or heard from him again. There seemed to be plenty of staff walking around so we chalked it up to bad management. Thank goodness for competition. We went across the parking lot to Outback Steakhouse, were seated immediately, had wonderful service, and a delicious meal.

    The server was very much over it all. The food was maybe average. It wasn’t bad, but I won’t hurry back.

    The food was fantastic! Our crab legs were perfect and the steaks were delicious. Our server was busy training a new employee so we had to get our own drinks from the bar. I’m sure that won’t happen again. I’d definitely go back for more crab legs and steak.

    Food was bland except for the crispy brussel sprouts which were burned. The server tried but no refills on water and no check in how our meals were. The funny part is we were only there because last time we went food.was terrible and it took over 70 minutes for our food and half our order was wrong so we got a gift card from the company. We have had that gift card for over a year and finally went to use it hoping it had improved

    All the staff and waiters were VERY nice and helpful, anticipating what we'd need or want next. Service was fast and the meals came out in a reasonable amount of time, good and hot, and beautifully presented. We all had different choices and they were all just wonderful with bright fresh flavors. We hadn't been there in a long time, but we will be going back even though it's a bit of a drive for us. Speaking of "driving", there's ample parking in the front. The place is clean and well cared for.

    my wife had to ask the server for silverware three times. I had the 7oz sirlon which was ok, but over-seasoned. The bacon-wrapped scallops had a good flavor, however, I seem to recall scallops grow in irregular shapes. What was served were all perfectly round and all the same size. It leaves me wondering if I was eating something other than genuine scallops. I also had a Bloody Mary. The mix was sufficiently spicy, but I could not taste the vodka. Nor did I feel any effects of drinking vodka. I was surprised it took 15 minutes to make one mixed drink. I therefore have to conclude a minimal amount of vodka, if any, was added to the drink. My wife said the flame broiled shrimp were tasty. There were four of us for dinner. Five biscuits were delivered to the table. The server never asked if we would have liked more. Not being tech savvy, we were left to figure out how the tabletop computer worked to pay our bill. I requested an email receipt, but never received one. Lastly, if I were 23, the music selection and volume would have been acceptable. For those of us over 50, the music was too loud and not conducive to dining. The Santa Fe Red Lobster has no ambiance considering some of the entrees are over $30.00. I would only recommend this Red Lobster location to an out-of-towner who wanted safe, commissary style food in a McDonald's atmosphere.

    Red Lobster was closed when we showed up to the scheduled time. But Open Table still confirmed our priority seating.

    Ordered the Ultimate Dish. It was all prefertly cooked. Lobster tail, shrimp scampi, fried shrimp, crab legs, rice and mashed potatoes. Cesar Salad could have been fresher but adequate. Reheated crab legs at home and were delicious.
