Our overall experience was great. Our server was very attentive to us and made sure we were well taken care of. Only two things brought the experience down from 5 stars. 1. The music in the restaurant was actually quite loud. I could still hear my husband across the table, but the music was louder than I feel it should’ve been. 2. The restaurant was out of lobster chunks so any food that wasn’t a whole lobster couldn’t be ordered so that was really upsetting. I ended up ordering a Maine lobster tail and it was really good, but was bummed I couldn’t get the lobster linguini. However, my husband and I had a great time celebrating our wedding anniversary here and will be back!

The food was great, the price was great, but the service was average. The waitress was attentive but it took forever to get our appetizers and longer to get our meal. With that said, it was Christmas night and the place was packed, so maybe I’m not being fair with my review. Will definitely go back on a normal night and update, but would definitely recommend.

It was Christmas day and the staff was all amazing. We had reservation for 6pm and did not get Seated til 645. The food was well cooked and took awhile to come but not complaining by any means because they were open to serve my family on Christmas Day when they didn’t have to be! Thanks for being open to feed our families

I really like red lobster. The food is great. The service was good. It was a long wait but I understand it was the holiday.

Had a reservation and waited over an hour to be seated. Waited over an hour for our food and never received my son’s order. The crab legs were not heated through. Terrible experience on Christmas Day

Came here to celebrate Christmas with dinner with my son. The Last few times at another Red lobster I wasn’t so excited to come back. Service was as just ok, good not exciting . Today in the Raleigh location, the food, service and the nice people working made me want to return again. Joyce was our server. She was great from the first time coming to our table to the end of our meal. She kept our glasses full and kept us updated on when our meal would be coming .The menu seems a bit smaller but they have many of their best meals and today everything was on point! The cheddar biscuits were served hot , delicious and replaced when we were empty. Being it was Christmas I was nicely surprised everyone working seemed happy to be there and was taking care of us all coming in for a meal. I can’t wait to return. So glad there’s a Red lobster close by with a great team of people . Thank you all for a great meal and a nice dinning experience!! Merry Christmas Red Lobster!

The menu has changed and as usual some of the better items were removed. Now, there is an upcharge on salads and they are smaller. I got the mahi and it was awful. Not planning to go back any time soon.

We had a great experience!! Davante was so attentive, prompt, and cheerful, even though we were the last group there on Christmas Eve. He was so friendly and our food was delicious!
