    This was quite an experience on Christmas Day with a reservation of 2:30p for four. After arriving, we were told that the cooks and most of the waiters and waitresses had called in sick and that there was going to be very limited seating. We found out that there would be a short wait and even though we had a reservation, they had to accommodate customers due to this limited condition. We were told that the manager and regional supervisor were cooking and serving and that some dedicated staff did show up to help. Even though we expected a long delay in seating, we were seated by 2:45p which was only a 15 minute wait. We were seated in a very nice area which gave us time to analyze what was going on and it seemed very organized with the limited staff doing all they could to accommodate the few tables. Our waitress appeared, was very pleasant and although seemed stressed to the situation, did not show any negative feelings. She took our orders and proceeded with the normal service of buns and drinks and within the normal period of time, our salads appeared, perfectly served and fresh. Our full meals then followed and each item was perfection from the tender steaks to the special of the day, including lobster. The four of us were amazed and how everything was almost perfect, due to the circumstances of what all the employees had to face. We completed our meals with satisfaction, the waitress was kind and friendly and very efficient and was also greeted on our way out by the limited staff, making sure we had been happy with the meal and service. As a side note, we had to have a great deal of sympathy for the greeter at the entrance, to have to explain to the incoming customers, the circumstances and that they possibly would have a long wait or no service at all due to the limited staff. A lot of customers did leave and I am sure their Christmas dinner was not as they expected. All in all, we were so pleased and will definitely go back to Red Lobster.

    Gee whiz! No simple substitutions, no butter on table; ‘butter’ for lobster was thinned with oil. Confusing 4-5 different-sized menu cards looked like junk mail.

    We were ahead of two other couple when checking in, but apparently the host didn’t check us in correctly and the two couples who were after us were seated first. Training in this area would be appreciated

    Overall experience was great. My problem was with open table said it was a reservation but it's not a reservation. It wouldnt be with time to make a reservation

    The food and table service was very good. Utilizing the app to reserve a table did absolutely nothing to expedite our wait. The hostess said it simply put us on her wait list in the same manner and time frame as walking in off the street. Essentially using it was a waste of time. This has not been the case when using the app at other establishments. Ultimately I don’t know if was a training issue with the staff member or Red Lobster’s policy.

    The food and service at this location has been reliably good every time I’ve gone. I recommend this Red Lobster.

    The ‘not really a reservation’ on open table surprised me, and we were seated about 30 minutes after we got there, which was ok for New Years. Drink order taken right away, but then nothing on the table, not even water for 45 min. The waiter had an issue (not his fault) with a very large table, and did get another waiter to take our table. Sill took 20 more minutes to get our drinks, but we were patient. The food was very good except overdone steaks, which we were compensated $25.00. I just kept wondering where management was, and why they weren’t helping out more.
