    1 1/2 to get our food order to us Then, it was cold food Two items they were out of- and told us an hour into waiting The salad was a joke- lettuce in a bowl with two croutons and a cherry tomato Fries were cold Had to return the coleslaw as it tasted rancid- didn't dare swallow the bite I took- returned to the kitchen Poor quality food all around A/C was on- it's WINTER- I asked to shut it off twice- we were all freezing Should I go on? Horrible experience. Nice enough server, but overall a 1 star!

    Service was slow. My filet mignon came out as a sirloin and I had to get a manager to fix it. He apologized, but how often are customers being duped who don't know the difference? My Brussel spouts had no toppings, had to ask for that. The lobster sauce for the potato had 3 small pieces on it and very little sauce, after 4 small bites my potato was completely dry. All the sides I just mentioned were upcharged, so add on another $10 to the price of the filet. Terrible value for money. I rarely eat here and now I remember why.

    I used Open Table to put us on the waitlist for 6:30. We didn’t get sat until 7:15. For a Tuesday it didn’t seem too busy so I was surprised we had to wait so long. We went for the Tuesday crab leg special and unlimited shrimp which was awesome. It took until about 8 for us to get our food. By the time we were done it was past 9 because it takes a while to get the next order of shrimp. Overall it was delicious and our waitress was great, just took a long time to have dinner!

    Red Lobster is fine. Not a great experience waiting, even with OpenTable “priority seating.” Server made up for it by being funny.

    My son and I enjoyed a good meal and had a great time. We signed up for the waiting list ahead of time and were seated right after we checked in. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful. We ordered the kalamari and 3 cheese lobster dip appetizers. The dip was our favorite and loved the homemade chips. He loved his crab and steak. I liked the roasted flounder but it could have had more flavor. My broccoli and mashed potatoes were very good and I loved the brownie and biscuits. It's a bit pricy but service and food are good. It was also nice that we were given a bagful more of fresh biscuits when we were leaving. We will be back and I'll try a different fish.

    Despite using open table to be placed on the seating list for a specifi time, they FORGOT about us & finally seated us nearly 30m after our requested time. We know Red Lobster is pricey, but a $90 check for 2 of the 7oz Sirloin meals with shrimp additions & 2 sodas was mind boggling! Especially when the steaks arrived dried out & bland, which necessitated us returning them to the kitchen. All in all, it was an expensive disappointment & we should have spent that $$$ elsewhere.

    Ok. The food was not as good as used to be . Drinks were great . Valeu was too much for the quality of food. Menu pics are completely different from actual food so you get disappointed right away. Waitress was great!! New drinks are very good. We tried two differently one’s. Front host in training Brandon was super ! And at the end , my wife drop the bag of biscuits and he was super nice and pleasant and got me a nice new and fresh biscuits. Kudos to Brandon!

    The meal started fine. The lobster dip appetizer wasn’t great, but we liked it enough to eat it. The real problem started when my son’s dinner (ultimate feast) never came out. Despite multiple requests, it didn’t come out until approximately 15 or 20 minutes after the rest of us had our meals. Our meals got cold as we waited to eat with my son. After finally eating, we didn’t see our waiter for approximately 30 minutes. My husband went to the lobby multiple times over 20 minutes to ask for boxes and our check. After the long wait for my son’s dinner and our check, they still charged full price for my son’s meal.
