    Took 30 minutes for server to arrive and drinks to get ordered. We all ordered salads with our meal - but meal came out 30 minutes after ordered and all food came at once. I tried to explain to the person delivering the food that our hot food will be cold before we can even get to eating it - and it was. The server tried, but with kitchen not sending out salads first, no way to eat hot food, as a result my crab legs were stuck to the shells and tore up and fell apart in shreds coming out. I ordered lemon wedges with crab legs and they came out when I was finishing. My husband is allergic to seafood so he ordered a steak. I asked him why he didnt ask for steak sauce and he stated he waited 40 minutes for sangria cocktail and didnt want to wait. It was getting late. We came in for my birthday, but it was disappointing and sad - no service.

    Had to wait for over 10 minutes for a server and had to go back to hostess desk to have one sent to my table(Which I didn't care for the location but better than the bar where she wanted to seat us.

    My best experience at Red Lobster, maybe ever—lots of food and just enough service. If there was any noise problem it was my group who hadn’t been out to lunch in at least a year.

    Scheduled a reservation for 6:15 pm. Arrived on time only for management to tell me that they do not accept reservations only “call ahead seating” and there would be a 20 minute wait because 7 parties were here before us. Finally got a table after waiting about 25 minutes. Waitress was nice but would disappear for roughly 10 minutes at a time so drink/ bread refills were not consistent. When the waitress would return they had the aroma of heavily sprayed Japanese cherry blossom (the one from bath and body works) as if she had taken the time away from us to smoke. This occurred at least 4 times. Even when waiting for the check it seemed to take forever. Food quality was alright, my fiancé and I both took advantage of the tuesday special which was 2 mariners feast for 45.99 (not a bad deal). My fiancée requested to have the langoustine sauce on the side, well, when the waitress finally returned with our food she says “ I told him not to put the sauce on the side but he doesn’t speak English well”. I guess blaming the cook was the course of action she decided to take after she decided to still bring us our food instead of correcting the mistake beforehand. Overall we had a great time due to celebrating another year of life and we’re with great company. Overall the experience was terrible for a regular occasion but for a birthday dinner I’m absolutely dissatisfied. I do not believe I will be visiting this location again.

    Seated promptly, food ordered & brought to table in a very timely manner, but the inability to use my Darden gift card balance was denied. Waitress indicated she put in the code twice, but account was "inactive." Went home & was able to clearly see the balance on the card so felt we were not told the truth. This Darden gift card was indeed active.

    We are regular customers at Red Lobster, and this visit meet our expectations. Jonathan our server, was entertaining and helpful. Food was well prepared and our whole party was very satisfied with the variety of choices.

    The hostess was very rude to us and told us she wouldn’t seat us because she said we did not have a reservation, although we did. We eventually got seated. Everything else was fine.

    Although we had an amazing server, the quality of the food was poor. It was greasy and presentation was poor. I ended up leaving 1/2 of my meal untouched. Their menu was limited, which I’m sure was due to Covid. So what I usually ordered was not available. Our meal was not worth he money we paid. It will be a while before I go back.
