    Very dissapointed. The food was served cold. Service was poor. This restaurant needs better management and oversight. Last time I will go here. I have been to many Red Lobster Restaurants across the country and this was by far the worst.

    The prices have gone up a lot. It’s just not worth what you pay anymore. Service was okay.

    We had a nice birthday lunch. I hope they can stay competitive. Culver’s butterfly shrimp seems to taste better. The other seafood might be where Red Lobster excels.

    Consistent food but only came for holiday as everything else booked. RL desperately needs to remodel and rebrand. So dated inside. No vibe what so ever.

    The service was practically non existent. When the waiter did tend to us he was fine. But he forgot to bring soup with an entree and was gone so long that we had to have the soup packaged to go. Other requests for incidentals such as butter and clean silverware required multiple asks and weren’t answered timely or at all. Sadly the restaurant wasn’t all that crowded so the lack of service didn’t appear to be because they were understaffed or buried under an avalanche of business. Even though the food was good the experience was very disappointing. We hadn’t eaten at Red Lobster in years and it doesn’t appear that it will happen again anytime soon.

    Food was poorly done. I ordered steak with my meal and it was over cooked and not seasoned enough . My lobster was also not seasoned at all . Even to biscuits we small and over cooked

    Crab was over cooked and sticking to the inside of the shell. From seating to serving took 55 mins to get our food with no appetizers ordered. Way too long! Service was very slow. Tequila used in drinks was supposed to be newer higher end tequila which gave me a headache with minutes of a few sips. Just not a good experience at all!

    The staff was slow at every task and service was a disappointment. They ran out of everything and never really cared. We were disappointed that when we asked repeatedly for biscuits to only find that everything took too much time. I won’t be back.

    Still had to wait same time as regular walk ins. Then sat us at a table really to small for seven. Had to sit on end of table in the way of others. Then we waited over an hour and half for our food. Four of our party ordered endless shrimp. Waiter tells us they are out of one of the endless shrimp so ordered different one. Then when time to get more endless shrimp said they were out of two more kinds of shrimp. We ended up being there from 7pm to 10:30pm and we were not taking our time we were waiting for food. This was upsetting because it was my Mother in laws birthday. What is upsetting is we watched other tables getting in and out fine. They were 1 or 2 people less but still unreasonable considering 2 of our party was small kids. I am a very patient person but this was awful.
