    Was there for Valentines day. Staff was not prepared for the crowds. They were not honoring reservations made. They did not have an efficient way to work the waiting list. It was frustrating to have reservations and then have no way to have them honored. Only one person at the bar serving the restaurant and people at the bar. Waited at least 30 minutes for a drink at the bar. They needed 2 or maybe 3 people behind the bar. Once seated, the server Mark, was attentive even though the kitchen was slow. The first line servers including the hostess made the best of a very bad situation they were put in. They worked very hard! Food took about an hour to get to us. I might suggest that on nights like Valentines day and Mother's day that the restaurant suspend to-go orders to keep up with what was going on in house. I believe that was a great cause for the in house back ups. Customers all around complined about drink and food times.

    We got there 10 min before our our reservation, however, we got seated 25 min later. We ordered a couple cups of soup as appetizer and 3 main dishes medium size. The soup that we got 20 min later was cold and we requested for heat them up, they took another 10 min to bring our soup, but at least was hot. And then we waited for 40 min and we were still waiting for our food, we asked the waitress and she told us that the kitchen was a little behind but our was 5 min away, we waited. But we started to see more and more tables without food. After 20 min we got more impatient and we asked the manager and he told us that they were little behind, I told him that we have been waiting for 1 hour for our food and it was inadmisible. At the same time other people in the same situation started to complain too. The manager did not answer and he walked directly to the kitchen. After another 5 minutes multiple tables started to leave, and on our way out we saw that there were a bunch of people waiting for to-go orders, I asked them “how long have they been waiting” some were the for more than 1.5 hrs, but they can’t leave because they already paid. Definitely Red Lobster in Frisco is a fiasco, and is NOT a good restaurant anymore.

    Amazing experience at Red Lobster! Super service. The waitress was very pleasant and served us well. The food was delicious. Definitely returning to this restaurant soon!

    It has been many years since my wife and I have been to Red Lobster, so we decided to have our Friday date night dinner at their location in Frisco. Our margaritas were excellent, our food was delicious, and our server (Madison) was pleasant and professional. We will be back!

    Out of stock on many menu items. Seemed understaffed. Smelled odd inside like they need to clean the aquarium. Never been to this location before and I won’t be back. The one on 75 has never been a bad experience and I will continue to visit that one. The Frisco location did not have half the shrimp options and biscuit were not available.

    Service was poor. It started with the appetizer being delivered and the server asking if we needed anything else and having to ask if we could have silverware. Next, when you order crab legs and actually have to get up from your table and hunt down any server while there are only 4 tables sitting in the restaurant, for a set of shell crackers after waiting a good 7 minutes for your server to return is a bit much. They should come with the food. By this time, I didn't want to eat as my food had sat now 10 minutes. My husband ordered the endless shrimp, and in asking for his second order, the time between was so long that he didn't touch that either and commented when it came out. As the server was walking away, she simply mumbled, "Let me know if you want it to go"

    My hubby and I went out to enjoy a rich and creamy good bowl of red lobster’s clam chowder, but red lobster has changed the recipe of their clam chowder and I was not happy with that because I went there pacifically to enjoy a bowl of their rich and creamy clam chowder and their cheddar bay biscuits but the soup was runny with a lot of oil butter on top of the soup and it wasn’t thick like you normally enjoy Red Lobster’s clam chowder. I hope they change it back to the old recipe soon.
