We had the best waiter, who was interactive, but not hovering. The food was great, and we love, love, love those biscuits they bring out!

after 20 minutes of sitting at the table, no waiter or waitress. No drinks. There were 6 staff just standing around joking the whole time. Started to get up to leave and some staff member said we will get your drinks. 5 Minutes later as she was still standing around, we decided to leave. This place is a joke.

This location very likely has management issues. A mostly empty restaurant on a Saturday and you are still told you have to wait 20 minutes to be seated. This is 30 minutes after we had put our names on the list via Open Table. It took the hostess a full 5+ mins to appear. We were seen by no fewer than six waitstaff and not a single one acknowledged us. When the hostess finally did arrive, we told her we were canceling our reservation/removing our name. It’s really sad to see how low this location has fallen.

We had a wonderful experience at Red Lobster. There is such teamwork there and it felt like we were very looked after.

The waiter was nice but we had to wait a very long time for some drinks and our main meal. Unfortunately for the price isn’t wasn’t worth what it was. The biscuits were great but the main entirees were slightly on the cooler side with hard shrimp.

Ordered Crab Cakes as an appetizer and they came out looking like burned Salmon Croquettes. Wanted a garden side salad with Italian Dressing however the only option was a Ceasar Salad with a Ranch Based Ceasar Dressing.

The quality of food is very poor, I thought once they separated from Darden the food quality would certainly go up. The shrimp cocktail is not the same at all. It seems most of the variety of seafood offered is in fact frozen. I can only describe the taste as the inside of a freezer or refrigerator. It’s almost like there is no, flavor at all. I ordered the live main lobster, again the lobster seemed rubbery and again no, flavor at all. I requested steamed and cleaned, very simple. The fish n chips were also a major let down, the fish had no, flavor and was soggy. We were celebrating a birthday and just decided to skip desert, the crab legs that were ordered also seemed like they were not fresh, possibly frozen as well. I would have paid more per entree/item just to have fresh seafood, and to be honest, with a price point like that I would have thought it would have been fresh seafood anyway. My expectations for Red Lobster were short lived, and on top of the poor food quality at the end of the experience the evaluation from everyone was all the same, no, value and very poor food quality...
