    Had a 6:00 reservation for 2 and arrived at 5:50. The place was so packed people were parking at the convenience store next door. We checked in and were seated at 6:45. It took another 15 minutes before our server noticed us, got our drink and food order. The food quality was good as always but service was poor. It was clear the restaurant was overwhelmed by the volume of people for Christmas dinner. Hey Red Lobster, If RL is going to continue offering Christmas dinner, please reopen the location on A1A in Daytona Beach Shores. We always went to this location (by the beach, away from speedway events), There is enough local business to support 2 locations when tourist travel is lower. We eat out a lot and are local Platinum Reward members.

    Service was terrible. Abrupt waiter took for ever to take our order and forgot our drinks and soup order. Brought us the wrong appetizer. We waited 40 minutes past our reservation. Lobster was cold and the crab had very little meat. Won’t be back for a long time.

    Food was very good. We have the app and used our reward for the lobster dip. It was yummy. Our waitress Stacey is the best. We dine her often and she knows what we like and how we like it. She is amazing. We will be back soon.

    We eat here often. Stacey is our favorite server. She is the best. She knows what we like and never disappoints us. My husband ordered the catfish blackened and it was excellent. I had the lobster shrimp tacos which were very good. We slso had shrimp scampi on the side as we had a freebie using the Red Lobster club app. We will be back very soon. Love tbis place and we love Stacey!
