    Had a reservation for 3 adults 3 children for our Christmas dinner. It took two hours to get our food. We didn’t get to have Christmas dinner. After two hours when our food arrived we asked for it to go straight in a box to take. The kids were crying hungry and we had to leave. Needless to say we had other stops it was Christmas. No dinner for the family.

    We were seated in the bar area, after having reservations. We waited 15 mins and did not get waited on. I asked to be moved to another table in another area. They seated us in the other dining room. Again, we waited and waited and did not get waited on. There were 5 servers walking all around. After having enough, after all it was Christmas, I asked for the Manager and waited 10 mins for her. The restaurant was not busy! I told her what happened and all she offered was she was going to check out what was going on in the dining room. We left! What a disappointment on Christmas day. Kathy Crane

    Unfortunately we was seated around 7:20- was given biscuits- never had a waiter til 7:45 who brought more biscuits! Took our order , we got our drinks at 8( the biscuits were great, but we had no plates!) It was loud with people complaining about food ect....we definitely heard 3 tables get comp by the manager( who was really the kitchen manager) (very nice young fellow) Our waiter did show up to apologize and thank us for being patient and nice!( he had a nightmare Christmas 🎄 eve) We were concern we had light show tickets entry for between 9:30pm -10pm at Claremont County Fairgrounds. We received a very messed up order at 8:50 pm plus biscuits! Everyone had left in our part of the resteraunt and no one paid! On the bar there was plates of food that no one knew who was suppose to get! A waste, we believe they lost money being open on Christmas Eve. Our plates look like they split shrimp and chips in between 2 orders, they had no hush puppies for our order, my daughter get any of her order, there was 5 of us and the food that we received was horrible! The waiter said the kitchen help said it's Christmas Eve, they are done cooking ect.... We was probably served left overs from the table that walked out bc it took to long to get their order. The waiter apologize and took off $2.40 for my missing hush puppies, but we all were missing the hush puppies, plus coleslaw for me, my daughter whole meal which was side of French fries and fried shrimp- so I was billed $101. For crap and we gave our waiter $18. For terrible service, bad food but AWESOME BISCUITS! I want the company to contact me, we couldn't expect the waiter to fix it, no one was listening- as we was getting the bill , we saw 2 kitchen personnel running out! We told jokes instead of harassing the employees about the situation, they had no control- Where was the manager? The other waiters were accusing each other of taking food that they knew wasn't for their table. We was grateful and thankful for BISCUITS!

    Orders were all brought out at different times, received incorrect drinks, hardly saw our server.

    This does NOT make a reservation for you. We arrived at 6:30 for our reservation and were told the wait was an hour. This is only call ahead seating. Thanks for making our birthday celebration so awkward. We had to pivot to find something different. Not easy on a Sunday at 6:30. Very frustrated!!!

    Terrible experience. Waited an hour and 25 mins for our food. Will never go to this location again.
