    SERVER WAS AMAZING AND DID THE BEST SHE COULD TO MANAGE HER TABLES. YET HOW CAN A RESTAURANT BRAND IN BUSINESS FOR THIS LONG, PROVIDE SUCH HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ON ONE OF THE MOST CHERISHED DAYS OF THE YEAR! WE WERE TOLD IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL (6:45p RESERVATION), THAT MANY PEOPLE CALLED OUT AND THEREFORE WERE UNDERSTAFFED. WERE WERE FINALLY SERVED AT 8:25PM.

    Due to being short staffed we expected delays. But 3.5 hours was unacceptable. We placed our orders promptly. It took 25 minutes to get our drinks. Never received our appetizer. Food finally came out after 50 minutes. Asked for more bread never received it. Had to go orders placed after we realized we better do so, so that we wouldn’t have to wait. Well that took another hour. Couldn’t find waitress to get our check. Bill was incorrect and had to wait another 20 minutes to try and get it corrected. Still wasn’t right. Terrible experience!

    Server had so many tables she couldn’t handle them all to give proper service. Food was hot and fresh and didn’t take long at all to come out. Didnt get my drink from the bar until after the food arrived to the table. Had to ask for it and you could tell it was dying at the bar because the mixers were already separating. At the end there was an issue which really made the experience bad. I had cash and card in the book to pay she came by and scooped it up before I could tell her to use the cash first because she was so busy. When she came back I noticed I was charged the full amount on my card and she took the cash as a tip. Any seasoned server would have asked how that was to be handled. I wasn’t even mad about it because I didnt get the chance to explain. But when she finally came back about 10 minutes later I explained to her the issue and she immediately got an attitude with me. I’m sorry but you should not expect a 50% tip with crappy service even if it is a holiday. She said “how much was it I told her the amount and then she proceeded to tell me I’ll bring it back and you don’t have to worry about the tip.” I said the tip is not the problem I am tipping you. The money was handled incorrectly. It was her attitude about the situation that just made the whole experience terrible.

    When we arrived the section that they went to seat us needed all the tables cleaned. A spray bottle and rag literally stayed there n the table the whole time we dined . Didn’t really like looking at that at all !

    Biscuits were not done… service was slow and the restaurant did not appear clean… very disappointed in the experience… This was once one of my favorite restaurants

    This location appears to be very old. Several tables had dirty dishes that remained throughout our meal. Staff seems to nonchalant - no hurry to do anything! Hostess did not enforce social distancing - the door was jammed with people when we tried to leave. I actually stood there and stared until they got the message to move and make room! I would not return to this location....

    Best clam chowder south of Boston for the price - just sayin' - clams are tender, which is a rare find. Always a favorite. Had great service and an attentive, friendly waiter at the Mall of Georgia/Buford location for lunch.

    Going to this restaurant was my 15 year old request for his birthday. I included this info in the notes to please recognize my son’s bday and nothing was done. I would have paid for the dessert
