    Used OpenTable to get on the list at 6:00pm. Arrived at 5:30 and was told our table would be available at 6:00 -6:15. At 6:45 I finally spoke to the manager and they were able to seat us at 7:00. Do not believe the time estimates they give you as they are not accurate at all.

    Well after arriving at the appointed time of 7:45pm we were seated a n out 8pm and our order was taken at 8:15. However we never received our food. The 2 couples that came in after us did. One was finished and leaving. I asked the manager to look into it and he just asked who our waiter was and told us they were backed up. Matty was our waiter. At 9:17 pm we gave up and left. Not a good experience

    Server said restaurant was out of the crab leg cracking instrument and the restaurant was waiting for them to come in. After I requested to speak with the manager, the server magically came up with the tool. Seems like the restaurant ought to be a bit more pro-active.

    This restaurant is understaffed! The servers are stretched! When you walk in you find half the restaurant with no one being served, lights out, and empty tables, the other half normal. The food was good, my wife had shrimp skewers, which she enjoyed. I had the lobster stuffed flounder, which was OK — nothing to cheer about. The electronic payment machines on each table made you think that the company puts more value in the “pay-machine” than people. The black boxes send a definite message. Overall, the staff was courteous and pleasant — wonder how that can be when working in a partially darkened mausoleum?

    Terrible. The only redemptive point was when (after waiting an hour for the cheddar biscuits with three starving children in tow) was tracking down a kind manager who made them appear and apologized for our predicament with our highly inattentive waitress. Forget marking a birthday…we couldn’t even get our basics covered. Once the actual food came, it was beyond terrible. I highly recommend Botanas Mexican if you need anything good in Branson. Thank you to the manager for doing your best with a less than stellar situation at the Branson RL.

    We signed up for priority seating and still waited a half hour. Appeared to be short staff for clearing the tables. Service was excellent and the food was delicious. As always the portions were good and the menu had plenty to chose from. This is one of the best chain restaurants around.

    Our server was brand new and very sweet. Everything tasted great, and we got in relatively quickly after our arrival time.

    For starters Opentable is not recognized or honored as a reservation system for this location so you have to wait the regular time regardless of what you input in the app. Service was slow and lacking which I would like to attribute to minimal staffing however servers attitude was not the best. Whether that was due to overworked or not I am not sure. Food was mediocre at best with a good portion of it warm from heat lamps but not hot. Best thing were the French fries and when you come to that conclusion, it leaves a regrettable experience in your mind. I hope the chain/management step their game up and get a better process on multiple levels. I hope for a better experience next time I go here.
