    My fiance and I felt like we were held hostage. Our food arrived SO late. We ended up leaving after spending 1.5 hours at our table. Unfortunately, this also caused us not to fully participate in our "Endless Shrimp" choice. We only took part of 1 round of shrimp dishes. Very bad, would not recommend.

    We didn’t even get to eat at Red Lobster. When we arrived the host told us that they don’t take reservations on Friday and Saturday so we would be out on a waitlist. We made a reservation and they had my information on their tablet showing that. We asked to speak to manager and we’re told that they could see IF the manager would come talk to us. The manager did come out but was already visibly annoyed and stand-offish. We explained what was going on and he asked where I made the reservation. I told him on Open Table and he proceeded to tell me yeah they have an error and we don’t actually take reservations. I told him that if that was the case then his restaurant should of called me and explained that. He then said that he couldn’t do that because they didn’t know about the reservation or have my information. I informed him that that was true because his host pulled my name up on their tablet. The manager continued to be rude to us and was making it our fault that we made a reservation. We left and called his general manager Dave Polavek, I believe was his last name. He then began to yell at us on the phone saying we used profanity in their lobby, which we never did, saying we had smart comments on the phone, which again we did not do. Needless to say we will never be returning to that restaurant. They have extremely poor customer service and no respect for the customers!

    The quality of the food was not great. I am not sure if this is across all Red Lobsters but the food seemed dry, unflavored, and the taste was just not pleasing. Overpriced for the quality that we received.

    We came here for our son’s college graduation. Our waiter was amazing! He had a wonderful personality! We had a great time celebrating!

    We went in for my birthday and ended up with a horrible experience. Took forever to get food and when it came mine was cold. By time my new meal was brought out my husband was done and I was tired. I asked for them to make it to go since we didn’t live far I figured I can still have it hot when I got home. But then the checking out process took another 45 mins. And instead of comping or doing anything for the inconvenience on their own I had to ask. No manager even came to apologize or check in. The. When I realized they charged me for something I had as a side dish the waitress told me she forgot to ring it in the right way and that the manager was “nice” enough to take care of our drinks. Which was done because our food came out over an hour and half later. My husband and I was very patient and tried to be understanding but it was a ruined night. I mentioned to waitress earlier it being for my bday and I didn’t even want to stay and get my dessert or anything. Our bill for two entrees and an appetizer was over $100 and it was very mediocre.

    For last minute Father’s Day dinner we found for the least amount of wait time. Everything was great!

    Upon our visit, it was obvious that the host was new to his position as there was some confusion as to where we wanted to be seated. A person who was obviously over him came and quickly resolved the situaltion. Our server was attentive, but took a little to long for drink refills. The food was superb however which keeps us coming back!
