    I came here for a birthday dinner for my 14-year-old.  for starters I booked reservations on OpenTable when I got to the restaurant with a party of eight the hostess said the system was down and they can’t read their reservations. She sat us down and we waited a half an hour after we ordered drinks for our beverages to come..everything took a little while to come out however, our birthday guest never had her order put into the kitchen for some strange reason, causing the party to eat as we were all starving and waited an hour for our food… without the birthday guest even being served. The server was helpful and removed the charge for the late order… our conclusion was this location should close if they cannot hire the competent staff. I had read the reviews but thinking I could give it a chance as it was a kid birthday party.

    Our server Miranda was very nice. Sadly the restaurant was out of many items and she had to run around looking for things to substitute. She handled it like a true professional and did her best but I am sure that it put her behind. Once our final order was arranged (after having to change main courses and sides several times due to outages) it took an unusually long time for the food to come. Miranda still served it with a smile even though some of it was blatantly overcooked. I hope that our next visit will be a better one.

    The parking lot was very empty but the other restaurants in the area parking lots were full. I was seated immediately upon arrival and everything seemed normal. They seemed to have plenty of servers however, it took our server several minutes to address us and take our order. Once we “eventually” received our food the server forgot to enter one of our meals and forgot to bring a side dish that was also ordered. The manager gave us credit for the food not received. Overall, if there is another restaurant open, you should go there. The service and vibe at this location is not good.

    After our last two visits here, we think it's time to try a different Red Lobster. This visit, they were out of my favorite beer and the ingredients for my wife's Lobsterita. The last visit they were out of lettuce so salad was not an option. Service was a little slow since the wait people appeared to be performing multiple functions. The food was very good as usual, but this location seems to have consistent staffing and product shortages.

    Birthday Celebration Gone wrong! We stopped here after an exhausting flight to do a late birthday celebration. our reservation was at 830, This location closes at 10. This is the worst dining experience I’ve had EVER. My two year old daughter got her booster seat 15 minutes after her food arrived. (Had to ask ASHLEY 3 times). Red lobsters brand has definitely gone down over the years but I didn’t know to this extent. Ashley only came with one water although we both ordered alcoholic beverages. Both of our beverages tasted like sweet and sour mix, with little to none alcohol in the drink. She came out with old and burnt biscuits and when I requested biscuits that were not burnt she said well I will have to check… we are closing soon. This is around 8:45.. I thought they closed at 10. She took forever to take our order and sat near the kitchen on her phone. I then ordered an ultimate feast, they didn’t have crab legs. Okay I understand no problem, After she took our orders 15 minutes later she comes out with no biscuits and let’s me know since they are closing soon they put up the salads and I will have to choose something else as they do not feel like taking it back out. At that point I ask her to cancel my order and bring me the check. This made the “manager” Joe ( He is incompetent and in my opinion does not deserve a job). I ask him for his card and he let me know he ran out, I then proceeded to ask him for corporates phone number… he then told me to GOOGLE IT. This was absolutely horrific. They didn’t even acknowledge my birthday which was the sole reason I decided to dine out. In my opinion this was unacceptable. A customer should not suffer from a poor dining experience because employees want to go home early. NEVER AGAIN
