   Horrible Service and even worse food... Gary with 1 "r" was all about himself and how he was going to deliver us great service, yet my husband had to be the one to get our drinks from the bar as they had been sitting there for over half an hour while we ate our appetizers... My Crab legs were good, but Gary had spilt the butter sauce all over the plate so my potatoes were saturated with butter (which was way too much) ... Overall experience was not pleasant, and I doubt that we will return to this location.

   Busy for NYE, but was seated quickly. Bar drinks took a half hour to get. Food came Fairly quick and Parmesan crusted chicken was good until I found a long hair and lost my appetite. They apologized and didn’t charge me but still…

   Love new items on menu for the winter season. Bacon wrapped scallops was a winner

   Using open table to book a NON reservation didn't put our name on the list until we actually got there. What's the use of using this?

    Went early for Friday, 4 pm, in Alton, Il. We got listed on waitlist thru Open Table, our name was listed when we arrived. Nice to see that all worked out in that regard. We were seated, a waiter showed up within 1-2 mins, Wyatt F. We looked over menu, he answered our question before eventually ordering. Food was served in reasonably fast time. My wife ordered from pick/select 2-3 items, when she got her order she was surprised by how many shrimp she received. Shrimp was in two trays, each tray had 7 pieces, and her scallops were smaller ones but plentiful. So, we were very satisfied with the total experience from entering Red Lobster to leaving.
