    Made an Open Table reservation but when I got to The Red Door they didn’t have my reservation even though I tried to show them my confirmation number. The young man at the reservation station was unfriendly and didn’t seem interested. Tables were available so there wasn’t any trouble this time getting a table.

    I was not impressed with our last outing at Red Door. First they were out of meatloaf, the main reason I was going for. Also I requested a low seating which was not taken into account. The TV's (specifically the big projector) need update. The food was so-so. Overall not a great experience for the money.

    The only odd thing about this visit was that we had asked for a quiet table, and the hostess took us over to a table near the kitchen!? She then moved us to an opposite corner of the restaurant. Server was wonderful. Food was excellent as always! It would be nice at the end that there’s not quite so many table interruptions -since they take payment on their little machine now-if they could efficiently combine that with to go containers and bags for the containers, etc. Seems like it took us four or five interruptions which kills the conversation lol. We will always come back! 🙌🏻

    The service was outstanding - Maria did a spectacular job. The Sonora salad was excellent as was my wife’s side salad with salmon. We will be back!

    The restaurant does not take reservations for outside tables. I put a notation in OpenTable and when I got there, the young man had reserved me a table outside. What a great experience!

    We asked for our salad to be delivered before our meal so we could enjoy it. It was brought with the meal. This occurred last time too. We hope this is ironed out in the future!

    Always enjoy Red Door. Great food and drinks. The last few times the Enchiladas were dry and over cooked. Also, we ordered the nachos with the chicken on them and they skimp out on the chicken and beans.

    Wendi, it sounds like you are really enjoying Red Door. I apologize for missing the mark it seems on our enchiladas! Following recipes and making sure all of our portion sizes and ingredients are correct is always a MUST for all of our products. I will certainly follow up with my team and make sure that all of our procedures are being followed to the 'T'. I'd love to send you something to make up for a less than desirable outcome with some of those dishes.
