It started when we first got there, our reservation was for a table for 6. The host was taking us to a booth and I specifically said NO BOOTH. We had elderly people with us and it’s hard for them to get in a booth. Then it took about 15 minutes for our server to acknowledge us to actually ask us what we wanted to drink. We were there for 2 hours waiting for food and we were never asked if we wanted a refill on drinks until I had to ask for them. The server kept telling us that it was homecoming, which we were well aware. I understand being busy on a Saturday night because we come there A LOT. Then the server said he would get some fresh beignets for my husband since it was his birthday. Never happened, and ended up bringing a piece of cheesecake after waiting about 20 minutes for that. The whole night was just horrible. It makes me sad to say that, but that’s exactly how it went.😥

As you know this is not typical for us and I will follow up and ensure the issues you have outlined will be addressed. Service was exceptional. We were seated right away and a server immediately came to the table. The food was excellent. Homemade croutons made the salads special. The grilled foods were flavorful and the side dishes were imaginative. The only complaint is that the entrees come out at the same time as salads..even though we asked that they be held.

All of our entres were super delicious-meatloaf, Cumin Salmon and chicken enchiladas. Our server, Chandler, was amazing especially considering it was a very busy and full restaurant. We'll return to try more menu items!

We received efficient, friendly service. Our food and drinks were excellent and the atmosphere was perfect for us to have a good conversation while enjoying our meal.
