La cuisson au barbecue s'est développée dans le sud des États-Unis où les cuisiniers ont appris à cuire longuement des morceaux de viande dans un foyer extérieur afin de les attendrir. L'exposition à la fumée du brasier apporte une saveur particulière à la viande. Le processus prend plusieurs heures, en laissant la viande tendre et juteuse. Notre fumoir primé provient des États-Unis et il est conçu pour recréer le processus de cuisson de ces foyers d'origine. Nous utilisons des essences traditionnelles américaines de caryer et de mesquite pour donner une saveur de fumée, et la viande reste dans le fumoir jusqu'à 16 heures.

    Despite booking in advance, we were given a terrible table right under two gigantic speakers from a hired house DJ, blasting at ridiculous volumes. We couldn’t hear each other speak and all other tables were full so couldn’t move. Service was not great, messed up drinks orders, inattentive and took 25 minutes to order food.

    Overall, the food is good, but it just taste very bland and for some reason it doesn’t taste fresh it taste like it’s pre-made and heated up. My cocktail was amazing, and the Manager Was So lovely and had Great customer service

    Great food with good portion sizes and plenty of flavour. Our waiting staff was very attentive and friendly shame we didn’t get her name but she fantastic

    We booked a table for 2 adults and 2 children, noting on the booking form that it was my daughter’s birthday. I completely forgot that I’d added this information until some of the waiting staff came over singing happy birthday with a dessert for my daughter, after we had finished our main course. Such a lovely and thoughtful touch. The food was excellent. The fries were delicious, as were the chicken goujons and the burgers were definitely some of the best we have ever had. The service was fantastic - really friendly and helpful staff. Excellent value for money for a central London restaurant and highly recommended!!

    Platter was beautifuly presented and tasted great. Staff friendly and DJ was a nice vibe although house music might not be to everyones taste but would recommend

    Fabulous lunch excellent food and drink. Nice place and very friendly staff. Generous portion sizes, so good value for money. Even took some home !
