La cuisson au barbecue s'est développée dans le sud des États-Unis où les cuisiniers ont appris à cuire longuement des morceaux de viande dans un foyer extérieur afin de les attendrir. L'exposition à la fumée du brasier apporte une saveur particulière à la viande. Le processus prend plusieurs heures, en laissant la viande tendre et juteuse. Notre fumoir primé provient des États-Unis et il est conçu pour recréer le processus de cuisson de ces foyers d'origine. Nous utilisons des essences traditionnelles américaines de caryer et de mesquite pour donner une saveur de fumée, et la viande reste dans le fumoir jusqu'à 16 heures.

We asked for a quiet table and got exactly what we wanted. Our waitress was great and very helpful with the menu. Price was ok as well and quality of food was excellent

Poor food quality Beef rib was full of fat and had an awful taste and smell Brisket was like pure leather tasteless Chicken tenders were average Chips were poor Mac and cheese average

Restaurant felt cold and so was the food. Short rib and pork rib were both quite tough. Fried chicken was good. Service was really good though.

Amazing food and alot of it- sharing platters could feed 4 people if having sides as well. Good night for 6 of us and nice booth seating 👍

One of the best services I ever had the stuff went above and beyond when i asked them for something more custom made 😃 food is outstanding good, smoke bbq always favourite , definitely gonna visit again and again

Absolutely amazing food and a fantastic atmosphere. Everything was cooked to perfection, full of rich flavours and the portions were just right. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, making the whole experience even better. You can tell there’s real attention to quality and detail here. Definitely a place I’ll be returning to soon, highly recommend for anyone looking for a great meal in Shoreditch.

had the new york platter which came with 2 burgers and a selection of BBQ meats and also chicken was amazing . Will definitely be back

I was there with some friends had the Kentucky platter the meat was soo juicy and the burgers to die for,service and music amazing . Thank you Red Dog Team🙌

This was our 4th time visiting since opening. We usually have nights away in London a few times a year and for a while have been to Reddog each time. First 2 times really good very happy with everything but the last two times really not been very good especially our last visit this past Saturday. 3 wrong orders delivered to us where the server had wrote down the wrong orders. One being the starters so then we had a long wait to be reordered. The second was a side of onion rings instead of fries and the third being brisket instead of beef rib. After waiting then again for the beef rib to turn up after everything else it was uneatable very chewy we couldn’t bite through it to eat it. Everything was just very tasteless compared to any other time we had been it was disapointing because we have recommended this place to many people in the past. We still payed our bill without complaining as the rest of the staff seemed rushed off their feet and made us feel comfortable asking for anymore drinks etc and doing a good job. We seemed to think there was many orders being ordered wrong from certain other members of staff and others seemed annoyed at this. I hope to see reddog saloon back to how it was soon and hopefully this gets to the right ears to help fix the issues.
