Our full-scale restaurant, Bistro Europa, is officially open! You can dine in our newly renovated indoor dining room; along with our covered & heated Veranda Patio. Bistro Europa seating includes bistro tables, high tops, and fully outdoor picnic tables! Our goal is to provide our guests with an inimitable guest experience with our friendly, well-versed, and knowledgeable team, who are an extension of our own family. We are 21+ across our venue. We will only serve water and wine. Tastings and wine will be offered Wednesday-Sunday. We will offer food Thursday-Sunday. Last reservation times depend on the booking day.

Our serverAnna was excellent. Wasn’t sure what wine I wanted and she offered a tasting for us to decide on. Food was excellent. After lunch asked if we could go outside and take a bottle with appetizer and she carried everything out to lounge area and open umbrellas and made sure we were comfortable. Great day at a great winery.

Lunch was wonderful! Service was great and the food very tasty! It was a little warm and unfortunately the flies made it a bit uncomfortable in the enclosed patio. Overall we will certainly return!!

This was our first visit to Rayson vineyard and we will be returning customers. The food, wine, and atmosphere were outstanding.

There is no better way to enjoy a beautiful fall afternoon than by spending it at Rayson Winery - Bistro Europa. Delicious food & wine and outstanding service (thank you Carrie and the rest of the Rayson team). We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Wonderful enhancement to the former winery! Excellent food and service . We enjoyed the covered patio but the enclosed fireplace created a lot of smoke !

We knew of a new wine that had been released from the assistant winemaker Chris Habershaw. It was very important to us to support the hard work that he must have put in for this fine release. The blend of 50% Tannat and 50% Petit Verdot was a treat to our taste buds. We can see where this wine will go with time and should be ready when you are. It will pair with many items. Have fun with this. The food we had as usual was presented well and tasted amazing. Peace to all.

Everything was lovely except for the wood burning fireplace that filled the area with acrid smoke and worsened throughout the whole meal. finally left early and paid our bill outside to stop our burning eye pain. Had to shower and wash all clothing items immediately. Highly unpleasant!

Reservation was for the new dinning room, but when we noticed that it is windowless, we chose to eat outside. Very good service.
