Our full-scale restaurant, Bistro Europa, is officially open! Our dining room is still in the design phase so all seating for food is outside under our Veranda Patio, or on picnic tables on the lawn. Our goal is to provide our guests with an inimitable guest experience with our friendly, well-versed, and knowledgeable team, who are an extension of our own family. We are 21+ across our venue. We will only serve water and wine. Tastings and wine will be offered Wednesday-Sunday. We will offer food Thursday-Sunday. Last reservation times depend on the booking day.

This place is spectacular! The wine is superb, the food is magnificent, and the service is impeccable! We can't wait to go back and bring all our friends!

My party & I had lunch and was overall very pleased. It would have been nice to have the option to dine indoors, since it was windy. But our waitress, Sophie, explained the indoor dining area was not quite completed. Our party of five each ordered something different off the menu. We all were very pleased with our selections. However, we all agreed beverage choices should include sweet iced tea & unsweetened iced tea and colas. We were told only water, sparkling water & wine were the only choices. Secondly, we were shocked you could not order coffee. We would suggest management give thought to these few additions. Sophie, our waitress, was outstanding. She was very friendly, professional, and as accommodating as she could be.

Don’t think and just go experience this vineyard. Extremely good wine and great service. Dinner is also extremely good.

Rayson has become our favorite local winery. Great wines, Bistro food is fantastic and staff is so friendly. We love the outdoor seating.

Excellent food with unique and perfectly matched flavors for all of the entrees are table ordered. We sat outside of course since the dining room is not quite open and it was a lovely view of the vines. It was a bustling patio that night as the weather was perfect for outdoor eating. Go check it out. You will not be disappointed.

We dined at Rayson Bistro Europa last evening to celebrate our 38th wedding anniversary. We started with the Fig and Goat Cheese flatbread with a glass of Founder's Reserve, followed by a Black and White Garlic Caesar salad. Entrees were the potato crusted scallops and the Pappardelle pasta w/scallops accompanied by a bottle of Petit Verdot Reserve. The food and wine were outstanding! We can't wait to go back! Thank you, JW Ray, for bringing a top notch food and winery so close to Winston Salem!

Rayson Vineyards and Bistro Europa are absolutely amazing! The staff are extremely kind and always wiling to help or answer questions. The wines are superb. Chef Daniel creates out of this world dishes full of flavor. All of this can be enjoyed on the new veranda overlooking the vineyard in a very relaxing environment.
