Our full-scale restaurant, Bistro Europa, is officially open! Our dining room is still in the design phase so all seating for food is outside under our Veranda Patio, or on picnic tables on the lawn. Our goal is to provide our guests with an inimitable guest experience with our friendly, well-versed, and knowledgeable team, who are an extension of our own family. We are 21+ across our venue. We will only serve water and wine. Tastings and wine will be offered Wednesday-Sunday. We will offer food Thursday-Sunday. Last reservation times depend on the booking day.

As frequent diners at Jolo, we just had to try Rayson. We drove more than two hours one-way from Raleigh, but it was so worth it! Rayson delivered a equivalently impressive experience. It is clear that the high standards at Jolo have been replicated at Rayson. We ordered the crab stuffed haddock and pork ribeye entrees, and both were exceptional. We paired with a bottle of Riesling; it was so crisp, smooth, and refreshing on a warm Fall day. We have every intention of returning very soon.

A unique dining experience overlooking the beautiful vineyards. Service was friendly and professional. Menu was superb and different from the standard restaurant.

Great wine, great food, great service with awesome recommendations. I gave a 4 on ambience only because of the yellow jackets that were pesky.

Taylor, our server, as well as all other staff (Carrie, Sophie, Samaira, Anna Grace & Zach) are stellar! And Chef Daniel & all kitchen staff are cranking out delicious and unique menu options. And the wines... well they're standouts with or without food & good company. Hurry and make a reservation folks!

We enjoyed a lovely lunch here today. The setting is very pretty, service was excellent (Taylor) and the food/wine was delicious!

Phenomenal menu to compliment the phenomenal wines! The burrata salad is fire. New shallot & gorgonzola dip is so yummy and a great started. We had the mussels as well. Perfectly cooked with yummy chorizo for a touch of spice. Crab stuffed haddock was on point. Hurry up and get it before it changes! Flatbreads are delicious as well. Added prosciutto to the fig flatbread. Fantastic! Service is on point as well.
