Our full-scale restaurant, Bistro Europa, is officially open! You can dine in our newly renovated indoor dining room; along with our covered & heated Veranda Patio. Bistro Europa seating includes bistro tables, high tops, and fully outdoor picnic tables! Our goal is to provide our guests with an inimitable guest experience with our friendly, well-versed, and knowledgeable team, who are an extension of our own family. We are 21+ across our venue. We will only serve water and wine. Tastings and wine will be offered Wednesday-Sunday. We will offer food Thursday-Sunday. Last reservation times depend on the booking day.

We have made Rayson our go to place whenever we want to take friends out to dinner. We love sharing this place with those we care about, because the food is always wonderful, the wines are fabulous, the service is excellent, and the atmosphere is elegant!!! Our friends are always impressed and often become regulars as well. My husband and I also love to come just for a romantic night out. We are so fortunate to have this gem nearby. Looking forward to the next time...

Food and wine were incredible. Kitchen was a tad slow but the wine and atmosphere made up for it. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful Valentine’s Dinner. Wife requested we come back back next year. Brown Butter sauce with ribeye was her favorite

The food wine and service were outstanding. We sat in the heated outdoor covered area and we were very cold. The fireplace gave a wonderful ambience but did not provide warmth unless you sat near it. We hope to return to enjoy the grounds and a warmer day.

Our meals of Salmon, chicken and pasta were delicious. Enjoyed the Petit Verdot Reserve and ambiance in the main dining room. Sophie took great care of us! Thank you!
