    Food was great. Mussels to die for! Service was terrible. Our waiter was rude, asked for bread multiple times. Waited on check forever. Finally, the manager rang us up.

    The service was excellent- our server Grace, was attentive, personable, and responsive. Management checked in periodically and we’re always scanning, making sure everything was good for all customers. Food is outstanding. Lots of variety.

    The food at Ray's was phenomenal . Our reservation was for 8 pm on a Monday night and we waited 30 minutes to be seated, 10 minutes before being served water, and the food was also delayed. We did speak with the manager who promised to look at our check, but was nowhere to be found when the check came. The food and atmosphere is good, but the service was lacking on this particular evening. Do better!

    We have dined here many times over the years but this time, the food just wasn't up to par... My lobster was rubbery in the dish I had and it needed more of the cream sauce. My dinner partner had the scallops , which we had ordered other times, and the taste was just off.

    Our anniversary dinner as we are traveling. Restaurant hooked us up with a thoughtful note and 2 glasses of champagne to kick things off - a very nice touch! Food - meh. Got a NY strip that came pre-cut into slices…no thank you, prefer to cut my own. Steak was dry and over-done; ordered medium and it barely had any pink whatsoever. The lobster carbonara was…eh. Mashed potatoes were phenomenal! Gotta say, though. If you list key lime pie, don’t serve it drizzled with strawberry and other fruit syrups - 1) I’m allergic to strawberries, and 2) it’s key lime pie - let it be itself!
