Shannon and the tea made the night amazingly beautiful for our mini celebration. The food was amazing!! The staff was friendly and accommodating. Thank you again everyone

We come often and typically have excellent food and service. A miss this time with service. Upon receiving our entrees, we were told the wine we had chosen (while ordering entrees) was not in stock. Entrees were on the table and no wine. Then there was an attempt to convince us that a Pouilly Fuisse and a Sancerre were from the same region and contained the same grape. I accepted the substitution but not the poor comparison. Still no wine poured. We moved on and enjoyed our meal. We asked for split checks and our dining partners were presented a check for their half. I was presented a check for the entire amount. I had to seek out assistance away from my party to resolve this. Perhaps additional training is in order. We will return.

Great atmosphere and great service. I was excited to order a Copper River Salmon and it was simply overcooked and covered with a maple glaze that worked against the taste of the fish. It was a special for the night but simply did not work. The manager and server were wonderful about it, but still a miss.

A/c was having a lot of issues and made the dining experience VERY forgettable. We’ve been before & it was enjoyable. Hope that next time we go they get their a/c issues resolved

Great restaurant. Would have rated 5 stars but AC problems made dinner less than comfortable. But still great place to eat.

Excellent service, beautiful decor. Nice specialty cocktail menu. The Pink Sangria was very good. Meals were all perfect (shrimp & grits, crab cakes and prime rib) everyone enjoyed. Only complaint from the group was restaurant was warm inside, not enough A/C.

Rays is the right mix of lively and elegant and the music from the bar was wonderful. Unfortunately, the room was too warm and both of us were actively sweating after some time. The food was good, but wasn't as dazzling as we expected. Service was acceptable, though from reception to wait staff to bussing, everyone seemed slightly unpolished and unseasoned. Of note, I didn't like my drink and the waiter accomodated by allowing me to order a different item gratis. On the whole, we had a good meal, but don't think the entire experience was worth the money we spent.

From the moment we arrived the hostess tried to sit our party of 3 right in the middle of two other full tables and there was plenty of booths and other tables available. We advised the hostess we did wish to sit there and she placed us in a booth. Next the waitress was trying to be too quick not sticking around after taking drink orders we were ready to order and she took off literally when my mother was in mid sentence telling here we were ready to order. The food was blain, I had the crab cakes. They are much better at there other location…we had ran out of water and tea completely and had to ask another waiter for more drinks. Another young lady that worked there kept circling our table as if she was watching and waiting to see when we would be finish with our meal. She even stopped and asked “was we done eating” we have never experienced this. Later the same lady came up and asked “are you ready to pay up the bill” this was the most wildest strange and rude dining experience ever. We will never return.
