We have been dining at Rasa since they opened their doors. It’s a go-to for us at at least every other month. Sadly, I’ve noticed that since their manager left, the overall quality of food has changed. Things that were prepared perfectly are cooked less so, as in the case of the Cauliflower 65. It was usually very crispy on the outside and slightly firm on the inside. Last night it was just chewy the whole way through with a slightly soggy crust on the outside. Maybe it was a fluke. And, it won’t stop us from dining there in the future, but, we will be looking to see if this is the new normal. I felt that it deserved noted to the Chef and Management.

Great dining experience to celebrate my sister's birthday. Food was excellent and service outstanding. Surprise birthday dessert was an unexpected and nice gesture that was greatly appreciated!
