   Excellent restaurant to spend for my mothers birthday. The steaks and sides were amazing.

   Not a bad experience all in all. The food is good but definitely nothing to write home about, service is fine but everything is overpriced. Not a good value for money in the end.

   Many steakhouses to pick from in DC. Tough night for Rare. Service was sparse and rarely found without asking regularly. However, the food was excellent. I’m confident your experience will be better than mine.

   The food was incredible. Drinks equally good. Sat at the bar as I was alone, just as happy hour was wrapping up, so it was incredibly noisy. But main restaurant would have been much quieter. Totally worth it and will dream of this bone-in rib eye for days to come.

   So far I've been their twice and have not been disappointed. Service is amazing from when you walk in the door till when you leave. Food is amazing

    Rare steakhouse is one of best restaurants in DC. The atmosphere and the service is over all the best. Our server was Salvino and he was able to explain everything from wine to everything on the menu. He was very informative about everything.  My husband and I really enjoyed ourselves. It was our second time at the restaurant.  iIt was a very pleasant experience again and we will be returning. If you’re ever in the area, it should be your first place to stop by and enjoy a great meal.
