   The oysters were outstanding. We had scallops, mussels and gumbo and all were superb. We will definitely be back.

   A wonderful experience and our server Ray was stellar. Everything was perfectly prepared and the service was exceptional.

   I had the scallops and they were delicious. I also enjoyed my pear cocktail.

   This was another return visit and the drinks food and service were exceptional. It was a slower night for them so it was a very quiet intimate dinner. On Play nights or Opera Nights it is very robust and a bit noisy. Tonight was great. We try to always visit here when we are in town and will continue to do so. This is a must stop place for Richmond.

   We had an amazing meal at Rappahannock. The oysters were flavorful and fresh, the scallop crudo was delicious, and the mushroom risotto was great too. The mussel were the least exciting part of the meal, but they were still very good; everything else was just even better. And great service, even on a busy night (Saturday of Valentine's day).

   I had my heart set on the Paella. Too bad its no longer is on the menu. I loved it when I had it before at Rappahannock.

   Abs excellent food, I especially like the cream on course 2 on Valentine’s Day special. Love it. Waiting time is pretty long, but considering Valentine’s Day, pretty reasonable. Katie’s service is extraordinary

    My first impression when I walked in was the seating is pretty close together and we will become acquainted with other guests. I felt a little crammed in our seats. There was a pre-fix menu for Valentine’s Day that I didn’t know about until getting there. The food came quickly but I barely saw our server and she never came back but to get our check to pay. That was a bit of a bummer for me because I am big on experiences. The food selection I actually wanted was not available on the pre-fix menu so that was another factor. Overall it was ok but not what I expected.
