    We absolutely love Ranch Steakhouse because the food is always consistently good. This time the steak had much more fat than we’ve ever experienced. We were surprised. Every thing else was amazing.

    Food and service were both good. They put tables in their banquet room and used it for seating most likely due to it being Valentine’s Day. The room was very drafty and loud. I made reservations six weeks in advance and had no idea they would put guests in what I consider a temporary area. Definitely not worth the price if this is what they are doing during busy days.

    We love the Ranch and celebrate every Anniversary and Valentines day here. We were VERY disappointed to be stuck in the “annex” that was a big open conference room with tables. Waiter was not the typical Ranch level service. He often forgot about us and barely checked on us. My wife’s steak was rare instead of medium and even sending it back was med rare. Forgot my mushrooms and Brussel sprouts were cold. Very very disappointing.

    One of our stakes was undercooked. Overall service was great however, there was times where you could tell he was really overwhelmed. They au gratin potatoes weren’t cooked completely. Other than that overall ambience and food was really good.

    We were set by a group of young men and they were very loud. The service and food was excellent.
