The Short: I honestly expected more. Not business casual, mediocre sides, okay service, overpriced food. The long: The venue is very nice, but I was a little surprised to see patrons in the main area wearing shorts, T-shirts and ball caps during a weekend dinner service. I do not have an issue with this but don’t advertise as business casual and then allow this. It definitely impacted my view of the atmosphere. The escargot was really good as was the braised mushrooms. The blue cheese and bacon Brussels sprouts were less than desirable, it felt as if the dish was cooked completely separate (almost like they are cooking in bulk) and thrown together for serving (the Brussels sprouts were warm and the cheese was cold). It definitely left me “wanting more.” Both my wife and I thought our steaks were “fine” but we don’t come to an establishment like this for fine, we go to a chain restaurant for fine. Both of ours were definitely under seasoned but cooked appropriately to our temperature specification. The crème Brûlée felt like it was also prepared in advance. The caramelized sugar on both of our dishes was beyond “caramelized almost to the “burnt” stage. The entire dish was cold which led us to the prepared I’m advance conclusion. It also had way too many berries on it as well. The food overall was “good” but for $150-200 a plate “good” isn’t the expectation. I thought our server could have been a little more attentive but he was definitely busy. I ran out of water and waited a few minutes for that to be filled but that was fine.

Nice dinner but not over the top. Brussel sprouts were seasoned well but under cooked. Overall feel the food quality and taste did not match the price.

Another family reunion dinner, and another 5-Star fine dining experience. Started with the cheese tray, which is always original with fresh berries, house made jams, nuts, and toast rounds. 2 Beeler pork chops, one prime filet, and one beef tip entres pleased everyone. We ordered a trio of family-style sides that were perfectly fresh and perfectly cooked. Our waiter, Edwin, was superb, and management stopped by to engage with all of us. Desserts are all made in the kitchen. The Dulce was super, and the key lime pie was absolutely perfect. All the staff are friendly and engaging. The ambiance is classy and uniquely subtle. No one is rushing you. Everyone wants the guests to thoroughly enjoy their dining experience.

Let me start by saying our server, Amanda, could not have been better. The food was terrific, as expected. The wine was excellent. The ambiance was as it always is - perfect. Birthday, Anniversary, Date Night - whatever you occasion- go there!

An outstanding birthday celebration! We brought guests who have lived, dined, and traveled widely. They were amazed by the surroundings, service, and of course the food! Chop house salads were fresh and beautifully constructed. Lump crabmeat stuffed mushrooms were generous and delicious. We all had filets, except my niece who ordered and shared her wagu beef. You've never had such tender and flavorful beef! Cuts with a spoon, almost. Family style side choices are plentiful and generous. Impeccable service and attention to detail were greatly appreciated! Original art, wines, cheeses, gorgeous, all weather patio cannot be matched. We'll be back many times. Thanks to all the staff front and back!

This was the first disappointing meal we have ever had at Ranch. Don’t get the crab!!!!! Avoid the strip! Tough and chewy. Jay was great!
