A festive brunch in our grand Ballroom on the sixth floor on Christmas Day, December 25, 2024, offers a lavish buffet with carving stations, a chef preparing omelets made-to-order, and a waffle bar with all the fixings. Choose from classic breakfast favourites, charcuterie and cheese, a selection of fresh house-made bread and pastries along with holiday desserts. Everyone will make heartfelt memories with a special kid-friendly buffet and holiday activities to keep young guests entertained expressing their creativity. Brunch will be served from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm and costs USD 105 per person, USD 40 for children 8 and younger, while children under 2 are free. For those who opt into the Mimosa and Bloody Mary package, the cost is USD 35.

The whole experience was fantastic at Ramsay’s kitchen-from the valet all the way to the table! We had a fantastic waitress, Lisa! She gave us a history of Chef Ramsay’s restaurants and gave us her recommendations. We had the herbed beets for an appetizer and they were delicious! We had the beef Wellington and it was very tender, so delicious. We ended with the sticky date pudding and even got the cheesecake to go!

Everything was delicious.. the staff was amazing.. service was great… it’s definitely a bit on the expensive side … but we tried some sides.. entrees.. pre dinner food and desserts.. everything was delicious.. will be going again..

The food is great. Experience was awesome. My only complaint was that we were placed near the door to the patio and a couple of people went through the door and it was an extra windy day. But, don't let that that deter you from this place that has great food. I would take a bath in that peppercorn sauce. It is so delicious.

My husband and I dined here with our two kids for our anniversary and it was superb! We had an amazing brunch dining experience it wasn’t crowded which we loved. Our servers and hostess were so sweet and accommodating of our kids. The server made excellent suggestions and we enjoyed everything the signature beef Wellington was divine the shrimp cocktail was excellent as well as the tuna tartare we enjoyed several drinks all fabulous

Took my husband on his 60th birthday. Atmosphere was amazing, service was 1st class. Food was absolutely fantastic. My husband had the Beef Wellington ( Amazing) and I had the Fillet ( Amazing) Parker rolls (just wow) and the pear Tartan ( just ok) and a few glasses of wine $250. For a special event totally worth it. We had an amazing experience

Started with crab cakes. Have never tasted such a smooth yet crunchy crab cake. Wife had beef wellington with spring vegetables and mashed potatoes. Melted in your mouth, I had the scallops with pork belly(was suggested by Maranda). I normally don't like scallops, but these were the best I've ever had. We split the mac and cheese and truffle fries, which also were amazing. For dessert, we had the pear with carmel and sticky toffee. To be honest, we ate it all. We were treated like royalty, and the views are amazing. It's expensive, yes, but it's totally worth it. This was our 20th anniversary dinner, and we are planning on returning soon to try other items. In the St Louis area, hands down the best food and experience around.

First time at Ramsay’s Kitchen and we were not disappointed. The entire experience exceeded our expectations. Most memorable dished were the beef wellington and tuna tartare to start — will not regret it! Service was top tier not only to us but to a man that was gone for an extended period of time. I witnessed the server take his soup to keep warm when she noticed he would be a while. It’s such a small gesture but means so much. Overall great experience and would most definitely return!

With a name like Ramsay you know it's going to be good! Nathan was absolutely top notch, his recommendations were spot on and his attentiveness made the evening great. The food was phenomenal. The beef wellington is a must, and so is the sticky date cake. If your looking for a great place to take a date or even having a nice dinner to yourself, Ramsay's does not disappoint, and neither do the cocktails.
