I called ahead and asked for a table by the door because my elderly mother uses a walker and gets tired. Seated halfway across restaurant. Strike 1. Ordered cocktails and waitress came back to confirm my husbands order after at least 10 minutes so it took almost 30 minutes to receive our drinks. Strike 2. Food was good but not great. Bill with tip was over $300 for 3 entrees and one side. Not worth it. Strike 3.

This was the best food my husband and I have ever had. We will definitely be returning, and excited to try more of the menu!

The atmosphere was great and the service was fantastic. The food, not so much. The potatoes tasted like over salted box mashed potatoes. My wife ordered the 8oz filet and I had the fish and chips. The filet was not seasoned and slightly tough. The fish and chips tasted more like Gordons fisherman. I've eaten at Ramseys kitchen in Vegas and the difference was night and day. I hope he's not just throwing his name on places and charging ridiculous prices for Applebee's food quality.

I really enjoyed the crab cake & Caesar salad 10/10. I ordered the shrimp and lobster spaghetti as my entree it is spicy with a strong kick couldn’t enjoy it. They offered to remake it without the chilies and it was amazing. For dessert definitely get the sticky toffee cake!

Made reservations still waited 15 minutes. Drinks from the bar took 15 minutes every time. Order gratin potatoes they were raw reordered again still raw. Rice for salmon wasn’t fully cooked. Wellington was good. Not impressed won’t go back.

I booked this reservation at least 6 weeks prior. Upon booking the reservation, I told them we were driving 4+ hrs from Texas to celebrate my wife's and son's birthdays. So we drove 4+ hours in the pouring rain on 11-8-24, expecting a very wonderful experience, since it is a Gordon Ramseys restaurant. We arrived about 40 minutes early and we're seated within 5 minutes as it wasn't busy, probably due to the weather. My son ordered the Wellington, which he loved. We all shared a Crab Cake which was very good. However, my wife and I shared the Filet and Truffle Fries. We were very disappointed in the Filet as it had no seasoning or flavor. We tried to locate or waiter, Bryce to no avail to get some pepper and refill on our teas and Diet Coke. My wife used the Truffle Cream to the Filet to give it some flavor. My wife and I were very disappointed that a restaurant owned my Gordon Ramsey did NOTHING to celebrate the two birthdays! To be honest, we have had much better Filets at Kirby's, Del Frisco or Ruth Chris. We really wanted this to be a GREAT experience and instead it was a dud. Respectfully,

Our server was great. The food was OK at best. The overall experience was not what we expected relative to Ramsay's overall reputation.
