Hi Ramsay’s Kitchen Team, I wanted to share some feedback from my visit on Saturday evening at 7:15 PM. We were really excited to come in—I’m a big fan of Gordon Ramsay and had been looking forward to experiencing the restaurant! Unfortunately, our visit didn’t quite meet expectations. We ordered the fish and chips, and while it looked great, the fish was super greasy and overcooked, which was disappointing. On top of that, the timing of service felt a bit off —our appetizer and entrees came out at the same time, and our cocktails didn’t arrive until about 10 minutes after our food. The whole dinner felt very rushed; we were in and out in 30 minutes, which wasn’t what we had hoped for. I know this isn’t up to the standards Gordon Ramsay is known for, so I wanted to share my experience in case it’s helpful. I’d love to come back and try again because I know how amazing this place can be. Thanks for taking the time to read this!

The service was excellent, and the food was good, but it didn’t quite live up to my expectations. It was tasty, but I didn’t feel it was worth the price. I would go again though to try other items.

Food was meh, had the Wellington and butter chicken and took a very long time which is fine if the result was amazing , it wasn’t. Was told the sticky tofffee date bread was amazing , it was some kind of syrup dropping from spoon mixture of an average dessert. Place is gorgeous , service is ok , nothing spectacular and nothing terrible just not special. Odd things to like the water , … kind of expect it to be filtered or the Wellington tasted like it was just warmed up. Plating was outstanding but again like the place gorgeous in appearance but lacking substance. Same with the butter chicken , chicken was tender or brined and just below what a basic Indian place might serve.

The great part is the service - our server Zac was fantastic. Super personable, and you can tell he enjoys what he does. However, I'm a person that believes in value, and here, you're definitely paying for the name. The food was good, don't get me wrong, but the $81 NY strip steak I ordered definitely wasn't worth $81. None of the food was. If I'm paying $81 for a steak, my mind better be blown. And sadly, it was not. Same goes for the appetizer ($25 for the bone marrow) and dessert ($15 for the vanilla cheesecake). My mocktail was delicious and refreshing, and the overall ambiance was great. But my total bill, with tip, was $132 just for me, and I don't feel like I got my money's worth. So Zac, thank you for the wonderful service, but I don't think my friends and I will be back.

Food was incredible. We out quite a bit and the taste, portion sizes and presentation were just different (in a great way) from just about every other restaurant we have eaten at. Highly, highly recommended. And get the appetizers—all of them.

Amazing food… everyone’s dishes were incredible. The service from the hostess stand to the waitress were great, all wishing my son a happy birthday. Will go back for sure. Pricey but worth it

We waited 5 minutes for a hostess to greet us and another 5 minutes for our reserved table. Our drink had to be sent back and remade. We ordered the fish and chips, the chips were good, the fish so salty it was inedible. Service was extremely slow.

Overall a poor excuse for a signature restaurant! I've eaten in fancier cafeterias. No real plates - just cast iron (9x4) serving trays - no tablecloths. Despite an attentive server the service was extremely slow. The appetizer came before the drinks that arrived five minutes later. Drinks? My Manhattan consisted of a 6oz. glass with a giant ice cube with the liquid occupying less than half the volume! Beef Wellington might have been better if is was at least warm. My friends warned me that the place was a big disappointment and I agree!!! Poor value for a lot of money.
