It was our first visit and our server Adam was incredible! Gave us awesome recommendations for drinks and entrees. I had the idiot sandwich and it was tender, well seasoned, and a must have! Brussels sprouts were crunchy and a great pairing to the prime rib my boyfriend enjoyed. To end the night we shared a chocolate pot de crème! Overall we loved our visit and highly recommend Adam as a server!

We were looking forward to a much needed date night. The food was excellent but felt very rushed through our meal. Hostess staff came by periodically on their I pads to see how things were moving. As soon as I finished the last bite of my meal, plates were cleared and check was given.

I feel Ramsays Kitchen had a great atmosphere with attentive and friendly service, but I found the food overpriced for what it was. While a couple of dishes were good, it didn’t quite justify the cost.

Our daughter took us for a Christmas gift to anywhere of our choosing, we chose somewhere close to our home & a place we had never been. We ordered the steak & fritters, spaghetti with shrimp & lobster, fish & chips, & two appetizers. Those were all great. Our daughter ordered the NY steak for $80, medium rare. She waited for the waiter to come back & ask how her steak was & he did not, until to ask for dessert. I know she didn't want to embarrass us by making a stink, but her steak was medium well & dried out. We felt so bad as she struggled through it, & kept looking for him to come by. Such a bummer you a much anticipated day.

I have been a Gordon Ramsay fan for 25 years, until today I had never been able to dine at one of his signature restaurants. My wife and I made the trip to the Ramsays Kitchen in Naperville, IL for her 40th Birthday. It was everything we could have hoped for being such fans of Hell’s Kitchen, Kitchen Nightmares, etc. Started our evening with some cocktails and an appetizer of the Parker rolls. They were the best dinner roll I ever had. Toasted Brioche roll, covered in a herb butter and sea salt. Crispy on the top with air like fluffiness everywhere else. My wife had the Shrimp and Lobster Pasta and I had the legendary Beef Wellington. It was everything I hoped it would be and worth every penny. My wife was also kind enough to share a bite of her pasta for a bite of the Wellington….worth it for both of us! This meal was also accompanied by a side of their famous Truffle Fries, which were cooked to perfection, the truffle aioli was great! As this was a Birthday, it was celebrated with a Sticky toffee pudding, which is topped with Vanilla ice cream, and served with a caramel sauce. They brought my wife’s with a candle and said “Don’t worry, we won’t sing, but wish you the happiest of birthdays!”Extremely polite and caring staff. The pudding was rich but smooth, sweet and savory, creamy, salty and I would have this any time. Multiple staff members wished my wife a happy birthday, and truly made this a personalized experience. Would recommend this establishment to EVERYONE. Thank you Ramsay’s Kitchen for a wonderful evening and a memorable experience!

The is one of my favorite restaurants in the suburbs and consistently tasty. Last night, I went there and they had changed their menu which was very exciting. I was disappointed that the Eton Mess was gone from their dessert selection because that was always a fan favorite in our family. I had opted to try one of their new entrees, the Butter Chicken with naan. The chicken was very bland and lacked seasoning. The rice was unevenly cooked as there were pieces that were hard to chew. The naan was a thin pita with grill marks. It really left me disappointed. The service however is always consistently great and attentive. Maybe just stick to the tried and true…but as new menu items, I would’ve hoped for better flavors.
