Overall a nice place, although of course superlatively expensive. The beef Wellington was good, but the bone marrow appetizer was inexcusable, consisting entirely of fat rather than marrow (as if we were too dumb to know the difference). It was fine for a one-time experience, but I'm in no hurry to go back.

This is the second Ramsay restaurant I’ve dined at and once again I was not disappointed. The ambience was quiet and comfortable. The waitress was professional. My food and drink choice was delicious. I am impressed. A very satisfied customer.

Saturday 6:30pm reservations seated promptly. Friendly inviting front staff. Modern decor, open kitchen. We’ve eaten at both Hell’s Kitchen & Gordon’s pub @Caesars Palace Vegas. Thought we’d give Ramsays Kitchen a try. Limited menu to pick from…Extremely $$$$ expensive and over-priced! Fish & Chips were Over coated w/batter. Tartar sauce came in a thimble size tiny cup. After our waiter took our order he never stopped back. I flagged someone down and asked for extra tartar. When the bill came, a $2 up charge for the add’l thimble cup. Ridiculous! Unfortunately won’t be going back. Disappointing dining experience.

The overall experience was good. A few things made it a location that would only be a maybe once a year stop. First the menu is pretty limited, there are not a great deal of options. It’s downtown Naperville and Parking is a little rough. The prices are too high. I get you are trying to showcase a high end Dining experience but there are other choices that are as good or better for far less. Make the experience spectacular not the price. We had a good time but won’t be back for a while. It’s not quite what we had expected it to be.

We had a reservation and got sat right away. Didn’t get interrupted too many times while eating which was nice but just enough if we needed something. Everything was taken care of quickly (empty plates, refill drinks, ordering food, food coming out, etc.)

Nice place, very good food. Could have used a bit more goat cheese almonds and apple on the salad, but it was very good. entrees were very good, idiot sandwich excellent, lobster and shrimp spaghetti very good, pasta a tad overcooked. Cappuccino was excellent , Pot de crème very good. Service, Brent/ Timothy was more than attentive and informative. Get some valet parking, please… Overall, you will not be disappointed. We will be back…

Great food, excellent server!! They made an old drink for me that was removed from the menu. Very much appreciated!!

I took my son to Ramsey in Naperville for lunch to celebrate my birthday. Food was good (although slow) and staffs were nice. I'm surprised there was no free desert for birthday (just a candle) and when I ordered a scoop of ice cream for my son, it was delivered in a tiny cup that is normally used to put katchup or mayo. I'd recommend to people who want to checkout the place or try the food but personally I am not sure if I'll go often.
