Yaren was our server and she did a wonderful job. Attentive but not intrusive and she appeared to be genuinely happy to be there. Food was great especially the sticky toffee pudding. Small beer list and they were out of two Not good Will definitely go back again

We are very happy with our experience! We were sat right away and our server Ed was very experienced, and did a great job explaining the menu highlights. I had the classic eggs Benedict and my fiancé had the spicy steak sandwich. Both were great! It was my fiancés birthday and Ed helped us celebrate with a sticky toffee pudding - this dessert was the highlight for us. It was AMAZING! Can’t say enough great things about the service we received as well, Ed was phenomenal. We will be back!

Ambience was very cool liked bar area ! Disappointed no signature risotto on menu !! Beef Wellington was good but was served on cold side! Scallops were good but not enough substance with it ! Service was good !

Drinks took 50 minutes to get. Will not be going back soon and very expensive.

Here’s a more concise and polished version of your review: Rating: 2 out of 5 stars We were excited to visit Ramsey Kitchen—my sister traveled from Australia as a huge Gordon Ramsay fan, and this was a highlight for her. The atmosphere was impressive: clean, stylish, and inviting. Service started off friendly, and when my sister’s overcooked lobster Benedict was sent back, the server was genuinely accommodating. Unfortunately, the excitement quickly faded. The chef returned the dish himself, but simply dropped it on the table and walked away without any attempt to ensure it was prepared correctly. To make matters worse, the dish arrived without hollandaise sauce, and the egg was oddly placed on the side. It felt rushed and careless. Disappointed, we agreed this would not be a repeat visit. The food and attention to detail fell far short of expectations.

Our server Ed was very informative about the menu and made great suggestions. We were in the middle of the restaurant yet had privacy. While a little expensive, the food was excellent and delicious. This was a business lunch but I can see going there any time you really want top-notch food and lovely service.

It’s a lot to spend on decent pub fair, but if you want to eat excellent fish and chips, then this is your spot. (Actually, just the fish, because the chips were not crispy.)
