It was a fantastic experience. The food and service were great. It is always a pleasure to go back to Ramsey's kitchen!

Best steak I’ve ever had! So tender but most important, seasoned to perfection! Couldn’t eat the lobster bisque it was sooo spicy, seasoned with chili peppers. Ruined what would have been wonderful. Sticky toffee pudding is not to be missed. Ambiance is very lovely. Although we asked for a quiet table the hostess sat us beside a large noisy party even though there were several quiet tables open. Couldn’t hear ourselves think or have a conversation.

This was our first time at Ramsay’s Kitchen and our experience was fantastic. First and foremost our server, Rocky, was super proficient and attentive (but not at all over the top). We never waited for anything but did not feel he was lurking either! The food was beyond delicious. We were there for breakfast and I didn’t think there was much you could do to differentiate breakfast fare, but the kitchen really delivered! We’re already planning to come back for dinner or lunch, or both! The space itself could use some warming up, but our table was very comfortable and the noise level really moderate.

Great food. Way overpriced, woke up the next morning feeling ripped off. Went once before, this was our second time. Felt like a tourist trap. Will not return.

I was sooooo looking forward to my first Thanksgiving that I didn’t cook in over 30 years. I chose Ramsey because I was staying at the Mandarin for the night. This was an enormous treat for me. A celebration of a lifetime. The salad was wonderful but that is where it ended. The ‘roasted’ turkey was similar to packaged chicken breast saturated with sage. Nothing was roasted! They ran out of cranberry jam. That ran out of pumpkin-butterscotch budino. I asked for turnip purée as substitute for cranberry jam. They served it in a tiny cup as if it really was a jam and it was cold. I had a nice waitress but I was frustrated from trying to make it work so I paid the $135 and left. I’m so disappointed that I plan on making a rest Thanksgiving dinner for myself back home.

Very good experience- service was superb and so was food. Took my son for his birthday. He got the beef Wellington and it did not disappoint. The waiver and manger were very attentive. We were treated to a kitchen tour / my son who is a Hell’s Kitchen fan loved it! Thanks RK for making it a memorable birthday!!

My friend ordered the steak medium rare; first time it came out well done, we sent it back, it came out medium and then the last time it came out rare. SHOCKED the kitchen couldn’t cook a medium rare steak. The rest of the food was just fine, nothing special. The service was PHENOMENAL though.
