Welcome to our 10-seat chef's counter omakase restaurant in Doral.

On the “counter” ,we only offer two sessions at 6:00 and 8:00.

The rest of the reservations will be seated at tables.

Our mayl ingredients include:oyster,bluefin tuna,caviar,wagyu beef,fish liver,king salmon, truffle ,squid,kinmedai,madai,longtooth grouper,salt water eel etc our deposit will be applied to your bill upon dining.

What a hidden gem in the heart of Doral. This Omakase is of the caliber you would find in Brickell or Wynwood are of the city. But instead of having to deal with traffic and parking, a quaint, small and fantastic restaurant is sitting in my back yard. Since the bar only seats 6, the service was impecable. The Chef always has his assistant close by when not taking care of the patrons. A second assistant is nearby should more than one guest require taking care of. The food was thoroughly displayed and explained and he walked you through the process with a smile. Your glass of water never goes dry, you are always attended to with respect and appreciation for being there. The Chef is extremely humble and takes immense pride in the work he is doing and the care he shows the food. They walk new people to Omakase and take the time to explain things. I am so glad I was told about this place and that it is a mere 10 minute drive. I would highly recommend a visit.

Amazing neighborhood omakase, fantastic value and wonderful Chef who explained each dish step by step. Try it out, you won’t regret and you will want to come back for more!

Fabulous! Super fresh. they had a seasonal gish from japan that you could feel it melt in your mouth as you chew on it THE BEST

Excellent food, talented and creative young chef. Great to have a spot like this in Doral. They put great attention to details to their customers and very attentive.

One of the best meals I've ever had. The experience was simple and impactful. The food was incredible, easily the best fish I've experienced, service was excellent and the wait staff was knowledgeable about the dishes.

The quality of the fish was excellent, and the combinations and flavors were deserving of a Michelin star. The chef and his wife were so attentive during the experience.

From start to finish this omakase experience was the MOST DELICIOUS, MOST SPECIAL, MOST PERSONAL experience we have had inside a restaurant. Intended to be small and intimate between guests and chef, there are less than 10 seats and only two seatings a night. We were greeted with sake as we walked in and then sat down at seats setup with our name on a sign. From the start, the preparation and presentation was beautiful, and the taste…. OMG! Who would have thought we would 15 courses of elegant deliciousness in Doral? Chef Richard his lovely wife Sue and their assistant Juan Diego were terrific - funny, pros in every way, and so welcoming. Each course was made to enhance the feature of the fish and elevate the experience to the next level. Each course was more delicious than the next and we started strong! In the end we had to do some repeats because we couldn’t get enough. WE WILL RETURN!!! A must visit experience for sure!!!!!

I’ve never appreciated the distinct flavors and textures of sushi as much as I had during this omakase experience. The servers were very welcoming and friendly alongside a fun chef who’s definitely earned his confidence. Even the sushi I’ve had in Japan didn’t leave this strong an impression. Many thanks to the staff for a truly memorable dining experience.
