From the same creative minds that brought the hit Kizuna Sushi Bistro to the suburbs, we proudly welcome you to Raiz Kitchen • Sushi Bar!

We were absolutely floored by the response to our Glen Ellyn restaurant that we knew we couldn't stop. The concept of high-quality fish, attentive customer service and a comfortable, groovy space worked so well. In our first adventure, we learned that the keys to success were passion and effort, and we promise to bring that same energy to every dish whether dine-in or carry-out.

At Raiz, we have the opportunity to spread our love of inventive, amazing sushi and introduce our own take on American favorites in our hot kitchen! Great outdoor patio. Very slow service through out our time and it wasn’t busy. Needed to find the server twice. Food came out slow and there wasn’t communication from our server as to how long we were expected to wait.

It’s a cute place with tasty food, but my only negative is how slow the bartender was. Both in just bringing us water and in bringing us drinks and checking back if we wanted a refill on anything. Otherwise, we fully enjoyed it!

Ramen was very disappointing - broth was weak. If it’s ramen you want, I’d look elsewhere.

We love Raiz Kitchen and Sushi! Definitely try their black rice sushi rolls. This is one of our favorite restaurants!

Yes, it is a Sushi restaurant and I had a cheeseburger with mushrooms. Really enjoyed the waffle fries too! Delicious! Service was fast and friendly! The menu has many sushi choices. Check out the menu online!! I noticed some neighborhood people arriving and they ordered sushi, so that’s a good sign. (I could tell by their conversation with staff that they were regulars) There are about 8-10 tables, kind of a small place, but comfortable. I made reservations on-LINE BECAUSE I needed to leave by a certain time to attend a program at the STAN MANSION. It is only 1-2 blocks away. Only had to park once.

Waiter was great and very attentive! The only reason I gave ambience a four-star was because you could smell at one point that something was burning and that was lingering for a little bit. Otherwise great spot and great experience.

like eating inside an airport terminal. waiter was rude & absent & we sent foul smelling mid-grade tuna tacos back & were still charged for them. I'd recommend eating elsewhere

My girlfriend and I dined in on a Tuesday night and received awesome service. We sat on the back patio which was great. The food was delicious! I highly recommend this spot for sushi in Logan Square!
