    Our waiter was horrible, asked for soup to be brought out prior to meal, showed up 1-2 min before entrees, with a tea spoon not a soup spoon. Drink was wrong and tied to tell me it was correct. Had to top another waitress to have her get our waiter. Food was not very good at all. Between service and food no wonder Rain Forrest Cafes are closing down.

    Took over 2 hours for lunch. Food always cold & didn’t taste fresh. My child’s plate was hot but food cold. Server took forever & never refilled drink. All food was bad! Really disappointingly on a bill over $200. We were celebrating a bday.

    Our food took forever to come out, the manager came to the table to apologize. My husbands burger was raw in the center, sent it back and it returned burnt.

    The kids love the Rainforest Cafe! However, we waited for our food for so long it felt like the restaurant was understaffed and everyone was trying their best but it was way too long. We also waited to be seated for too long considering we had a reservation, and everyone was yelling at the poor hostess. Our server was rarely seen but when she was, she was great with the kids and had a lot to share about the animals.

    Your experience at Rainforest Cafe was the worst ever. The waitress was rude. The food took so long to be ready. I ordered a dessert (it was a birthday celebration) that never came. Terrible!

    Great for our 5 year old twins. Like going to Disney for an hour. No reason to go without children, unless you’re one of those who goes to Disney without children

    Great for families, a little slow on service but staff is very friendly and sweet and it makes up for it.
