The top sirloin that came with the top sirloin and shrimp entree was a little tough for me. I ordered it medium rare but it came just below medium but I ate it anyway. My husband ordered the top sirloin entree without the shrimp and his steak was nicely prepared. It’s family friendly and great dining for families especially with small children. It entertaining for the kids plus it was a nice added touch to have a balloon artist making hats, animals and other designs for the kids. Service was very friendly.

This place needs help, and is very poorly run. Took us 2 hours to get our food, I think our server forgot to put our order in. There were empty tables unbussed everywhere when there was a line out the door on a Sat. night. Our hyper server left mid shift due to a "family emergency" and his replacement seemed stressed out. Our check total was incorrect, we never received some of the food we had ordered and had to tell them to remove it from our bill. The aquarium tanks no longer have live fish in them and the floors were dirty. We had a 6:30 reservation and left at 10:00 pm, crazy!

The customer service of the team was amazing and so efficient with making sure we were taken care of. We had a blast and im looking forward to future events here with my family!

You go for the ambiance and the experience. Nostalgic for anyone who grew up in the 2000s, fun for kids today. Our server was lovely. Food is just okay.

We recently celebrated our son’s 5th birthday at Rainforest Cafe, and it was an experience we’ll never forget! The ambiance was absolutely perfection, with the lush rainforest setting, animatronic animals, and thunderstorms that made it so much fun for kids and adults alike. The food was delicious and perfectly suited for the occasion—great options for both kids and adults. However, what truly stood out was the excellent service from all the staff, and especially our waitress, Ally. Ally went above and beyond to make our son’s birthday extra special. She was warm, attentive, and ensured that every detail of the celebration was perfect. From her friendly demeanor to her thoughtful touches (like a special dessert and leading the birthday song), Ally made our son feel so celebrated and special. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you, Rainforest Cafe, and especially Ally, for creating such wonderful memories for our family. We’ll definitely be back!
